La tenda ha quasi quaranta anni e quindi ero preoccupato di non riuscire a trovare qualcuno che intervenisse a cambiare il pezzo suddetto. Ho fatto alcuni tentativi di contatto telefonico ma non ho ottenuto nulla in quanto le ditte contattate hanno risposto che si trattava di tendaggi vecchi e il pezzo da cambiare non era compatibile. Poi per fortuna ho telefonato a Sergio della ditta Disar in quale mi ha subito dato speranza di poter risolvere il problema. E' intervenuto il giorno successivo e ha risolto il problema adattando il nuovo arganello con delle modifiche alla parte superiore del meccanismo che regola il tendaggio. Sono stati veloci, affidabili, competenti e molto professionali. Inoltre il prezzo stabilito è risultato davvero onesto in confronto a quanto richiestomi dai contatti precedenti. In più il Sig. Sergio è una persona molto simpatica, gentile e decisamente competente nel suo lavoro. Sicuramente mi affiderò ancora in futuro a loro considerato che si occupano pure di zanzariere, tapparelle e montaggio di tende solari. Complimenti !!!!!!! ROBERTO DA PIAGGI Three days ago the winch of the solar awning on my balcony broke. The tent is almost forty years old and so I was worried that I would not be able to find someone to intervene to change the aforementioned piece. I made some attempts to telephone contact but I got nothing as the companies contacted replied that they were old curtains and the piece to be changed was not compatible. Then fortunately I phoned Sergio from the Disar company where he immediately gave me hope of being able to solve the problem. He intervened the next day and solved the problem by adapting the new winch with modifications to the upper part of the mechanism that adjusts the curtain. They were fast, reliable, knowledgeable and very professional. Furthermore, the price set was really honest compared to what was requested by previous contacts. In addition, Mr. Sergio is a very nice person, kind and very competent in his work. I will certainly rely on them again in the future considering that they also deal with mosquito nets, shutters and assembly of solar blinds. Compliments !!!!!!! ROBERTO DA PIAGGI
