Non lo consiglio assolutamente bad experience, they never answer, the local commercial has disappeared and the pecs are not even spinning. I absolutely do not recommend it

La data di consegna citava in realtà la data dell'ordine così che non è stato possibile il recesso poiché su carta risultavano trascorsi i 14vgiorni. Prodotto scadente ad un prezzo triplicato. Bad experience. Product delivered different from that ordered by an elderly person. Dopo un anno la poltrona ancora in garanzia si è rotta e da settimane stiamo cercando di ricevere assistenza. La solita persona che risponde al telefono rimpalla continuamente, casualmente è sempre occupata, la frase di risposta è la medesima "richiamiamo noi" , totale disinteresse col risultato che mio padre anziano e con problemi di deambulazione, nonostante abbia pagato suon di quattrini in contanti si ritrova ora a essere gestito con notevole difficoltà . Peccato perchè la poltrona "era" bella ma il costo e l'assistenza che danno devono farvi considerare altre alternative che presuppongano maggiore serietà verso il cliente Bad experience especially in after-sales assistance management.
