Fortunatamente con urgenza la ditta è riuscita ad intervenire in maniera tempestiva sostituendo tutto l'impianto con uno nuovo. Mi sono trovata bene con Giorgio e i suoi dipendenti, persone competenti e affidabili. I lavori sono stati effettuati con estrema precisione rispettando i giorni concordati. Dal punto di vista economico i costi sono corretti rispetto alla qualità del lavoro. Il tutto è stato regolarmente fatturato. Azienda assolutamente affidabile e consigliabile. Nonostante non avessi la casa completamente vuota è riuscito a destreggiarsi tra i lavori in corso. In Giorgio e Danilo ho trovato la più alta professionalità e flessibilità: hanno fatto di tutto per montarmi l’impianto nel breve lasso di tempo che c’è stato tra il maltempo e il grande caldo, conciliando il loro lavoro con i miei impegni. Una settimana prima dell’installazione ho richiesto il posizionamento della macchina sul tetto e Giorgio è riuscito a venire incontro alla mia richiesta (anche se ha dovuto stravolgere il suo lavoro) per la mia massima soddisfazione. Scegliendo Gervasoni si ha la garanzia di essere assistiti sia per quanto riguarda l’acquisto di macchine garantite unito a un team di tecnici per la manutenzione ed eventuali riparazioni. Preventivo chiaro, suggerimenti sulla scelta delle macchine, puntuale e corretto. Lavora bene e disponibile a dare consigli. E' anche elettricista ed allarmista, quindi persona da tenere in rubrica. Gervasoni per l'installazione di un impianto di climatizzazione domestico. Ha dimostrato cortesia e professionalità in ogni fase, dal primo incontro con sopralluogo, durante l'esecuzione dei lavori, sino al supporto delle pratiche burocratiche per la fruizione delle agevolazioni fiscali. In occasione del sopralluogo mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni richieste e ha valutato le possibili soluzioni in base alla planimetria e alle caratteristiche del mio appartamento, che si è tradotto in più preventivi considerando prodotti di gamma differenti dello stesso marchio e di marchi differenti. S	Salvatore Diego Caridi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio, in epoca pre-lockdown, mi sono rivolto a quest'impresa per un preventivo relativo all'installazione di un impianto di condizionamento "trial" marca Mitsubishi (sono partito dal presupposto che volessi questa marca a causa di ottime esperienze pregresse). Il tutto poi si é finalizzato con l'installazione solo alla fine di luglio, a causa appunto del periodo di lockdown (per mia titubanza). Il lavoro é stato eseguito in modo ottimale, con professionalità, puntualità e pulizia. Non posso fare un paragone a livello economico con altri installatori perché in tutta onestà mi sono rivolto solo a loro, in quanto sin dal primo minuto ho ritenuto che il sig. Gervasoni fosse la persona più adeguata a svolgere il lavoro richiesto e le relative successive manutenzioni, ed in effetti sono felice di non essermi sbagliato. Credo fermamente che per certe tipologie di lavori sia meglio affidarsi a professionisti del settore, spendendo il giusto. Non é il caso di cercare a tutti i costi il risparmio con prodotti di dubbia qualità ed installazioni approssimative. Riassumendo, non posso che consigliare quest'impresa! In February, in the pre-lockdown era, I contacted this company for a quote for the installation of a "trial" air conditioning system brand Mitsubishi (I assumed that I wanted this brand due to excellent previous experience). Everything then was finalized with the installation only at the end of July, precisely due to the lockdown period (for my hesitation). The work was performed in an optimal way, with professionalism, punctuality and cleanliness. I cannot make an economic comparison with other installers because in all honesty I only turned to them, as from the first minute I felt that Mr. Gervasoni was the most suitable person to carry out the required work and the related subsequent maintenance, and in fact I am happy I was not wrong. I firmly believe that for certain types of jobs it is better to rely on professionals in the sector, spending the right amount. There is no need to seek savings at all costs with products of dubious quality and approximate installations. In summary, I can only recommend this company!

Veramente soddisfatta del lavoro svolto. Sono stati inoltre installati due condizionatori in modo eccellente, sia per qualità che per lavoro. In futuro dovrò fare altri interventi e sceglierò ancora loro. Top !!!!!
