Nel mio caso hanno anche sbagliato un referto e nonostante abbiano ammesso l'errore non hanno riparato in nessun modo Rude on the Tel, they slam the Tel in your face without even letting you speak. In my case they also got a report wrong and although they admitted the mistake they didn't fix it in any way

A	Aeris 982 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok che siamo in piena pandemia mondiale e che l'accesso è consentito giustamente solo ai pazienti.. ma per l'amor del cielo, se allo sportello si presenta una persona che dichiara di avere problemi di udito e per questo motivo è accompagnata (sapete.. plexiglass e mascherine non aiutano!!!) non si può inveire facendoli sentire come dei delinquenti... sale in zucca signori per cortesia!!!!! Ok that we are in full global pandemic and that access is rightly only allowed to patients .. but for heaven's sake, if a person shows up at the counter who claims to have hearing problems and for this reason is accompanied (you know .. plexiglass and masks do not help !!!) you can not rant making them feel like criminals ... get in the gourd gentlemen please !!!!!

Mi dispiace ma è andata proprio così. My mom had a paid cardiology visit the doctor arrived with a delay of more than half an hour very annoying and during the visit very bland and fast she was on the phone talking about her business. I'm sorry but that's exactly what happened.

Per errore hanno trattenuto dei vecchi referti che telefonicamente hanno negato di avere, “impossibile siano rimasti da noi” ! Una volta passati di persona per insistere di verificare hanno scoperto di averli sulla scrivania dove stavano lavorando. Non si sono neppure scusate del disguido e hanno preferito usare delle scuse per giustificare l’accaduto. Very good doctors! Disastrous and rude answering machine. By mistake they withheld old reports that they denied by telephone that they had, “it was impossible for them to have stayed with us”! Once they went in person to insist on checking they found they had them on the desk where they were working. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience and preferred to use excuses to justify what happened.
