Purtroppo prima ho dovuto discutere perchè era rotto il mezzo riservato gia' da tempo e per avere un cambio allo stesso prezzo bisognava gia' insistere al lungo. Poi il mezzo noleggiato aveva la cinghia che non era appposto, pero i problemi serii hanno cominciato dopo i lavori. Il preventivo (malgrado fosse su quattro giorni) non e' stato rispettato, e ne devo pagare il doppio della cifra. Malgrado il fatto che il preventivo era ovviamente equivoco (contratto di quattro giorni - avendo chiesto tre - con due giorni soli messi in conto) non hanno nemmeno voluto pensiarci alla soddisfazione del cliente. Inoltre sono stato contattato settimane dopo insistendo io avessi detto d'aver utilizzato il mezzo solo due giorni - mentre avendo un preventivo dal mio punto di vista chiaro non avrei avuto nessun motivo per non dire la verita - e quindi sarabbe da integrare la fattura. Certamente non posso consigliare questa ditta - anche visto che la tariffa con il preventivo radoppiato assolutamente non mi conveniva, e non l'avrei mai accettato, ma avevo solo confirmato considerando l'importo significativamente piu' basso, avendo gia scelto un mezzo da comprare ed altri preventivi molto piu' convenienti. Vi consiglio dunque d'evitargli.... In need of an excavator for rent - or to buy - I ended up with them. Unfortunately, before I had to discuss why the reserved vehicle had been broken for some time and to have a change at the same price you had to insist on it for a long time. Then the rented vehicle had the belt that was not attached, but serious problems began after the work. The estimate (despite being over four days) was not respected, and I have to pay double the amount. Despite the fact that the estimate was obviously equivocal (four-day contract - having asked for three - with only two days taken into account) they did not even want to think about customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I was contacted weeks later insisting I had said that I had only used the vehicle for two days - while having a quote from my clear point of view, I would have had no reason not to tell the truth - and therefore the invoice would have to be integrated. Certainly I cannot recommend this company - even given that the rate with the quote doubled absolutely did not suit me, and I would never have accepted it, but I had only confirmed considering the significantly lower amount, having already chosen a means to buy and other much cheaper quotes. So I advise you to avoid him ....
