In risposta al Vostro cortese riscontro faccio presente che nessuno mai ha fatto richiesta di un tecnico per la riparazione del carello presso la nostra azienda, ma è stato richiesto ( conoscendo bene i nostri obblighi) un preventivo per la messa a punto dello stesso; non è stato comunicato che la sola consulenza visiva sarebbe stata onerosa.
Provvederemo comunque appena riceveremo la Vostra fattura al saldo.

Before even thinking about the work to be sliced, they send invoices to read it .... Be careful .... Very incorrect.
In response to your kind reply, I would like to point out that no one has ever asked for a technician to repair the trolley at our company, but a quote has been requested (knowing our obligations well) for a fine-tuning of the same; it was not disclosed that mere visual advice would be expensive.
However, we will take care of it as soon as we receive your invoice for the balance.
