★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il gruppo GLS di Lecce...cambiate corriere!!! Non rispondono mai nemmeno per sbaglio...Pacchi messi in consegna e poi si giustificano dicendo di non aver trovato il cliente..Quando poi non ci sono passati nemmeno lontanamente...Pessimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' lo stesso gruppo che gestisce GLS a Lecce? Azienda con personale arrogante, stressato, indisponibile al dialogo, non rispondono MAI al telefono e non hanno l'umiltà di ammettere i propri errori. Purtroppo non posso scrivere i nomi perchè non si sono presentati pur chiedendo ripetutamente di presentarsi. Ho chiesto ripetutamente di parlare con un responsabile ma nessuno si è qualificato come tale. Un consiglio agli utenti: cambiate Corriere. Un consiglio a chi ci lavora: cambiate mestiere.
Is it the same group that runs GLS in Lecce? Company with arrogant, stressed staff, unavailable to dialogue, NEVER answer the phone and do not have the humility to admit their mistakes. Unfortunately I cannot write the names because they did not appear even asking repeatedly to introduce themselves. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but no one has qualified as such. A tip for users: change Corriere. A tip for those who work there: change your job.
