L ultimo trasloco da Bari a Lecce è stato fatto in maniera impeccabile, puntualissimi e sempre con il sorriso nonostante i tanti pacchi e mobili belli pesanti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Non ero molto esperta in traslochi, avevo paura che si potesse rompere qualcosa nello smontaggio e montaggio. Sonia la proprietaria, mi ha tranquillizzato ed effettivamente è andato tutto benissimo, come mi aveva assicurato. Spero di non dover fare altri traslochi ma se dovesse succedere, loro sarebbero la mia unica scelta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo, eccezionale. They did an amazing job, kind and professional. I was not very experienced in removals, I was afraid that something could break during the disassembly and assembly. Sonia the owner reassured me and actually everything went very well, as she had assured me. I hope I don't have to move again but if that happens, they would be my only choice. Value for money, exceptional.

La Signora Sonia (immagino sia la figlia del sig. Italo) ti mette subito in agio, tranquillizandoti su tutto. Lei fa il sopralluogo, ti procura quantità industriali di cartoni per le tue cose più delicate ed infine ti invia i mezzi e gli operai. Grandissimi lavoratori; educati puliti e gentilissimi soprattutto il sig. Giuseppe, instancabile! Se non fosse per il fatto che hai cambiato città, neanche ti accorgi di aver cambiato casa, tutto ritorna al proprio posto con una maestria che molti oggi hanno perso. Eccellenti...il prezzo? Mrs. Sonia (I guess she is the daughter of Mr. Italo) puts you at ease immediately, reassuring you about everything. She does the inspection, gets you industrial quantities of cartons for your most delicate things and finally sends you the vehicles and workers. Great workers; polite clean and very kind especially Mr. Joseph, tireless! If it weren't for the fact that you have changed cities, you do not even realize that you have changed house, everything returns to its place with a skill that many have lost today. In questi casi è fondamentale affidarsi a dei professionisti seri, con una lunga esperienza, che sappiano accompagnarti e consigliarti al meglio. Se poi questi professionisti hanno anche un forte atteggiamento “customer centric” ovvero un focus specifico sulle necessità del cliente, sulla sua soddisfazione e sul suo benessere, il quadro è perfetto. Questo è quanto ho trovato dalla Italo Bevilcqua e Figli; a partre dai primi contatti con Sonia, per arrivare ad una esecuzione pulita e veloce grazie agli instancabili Giuseppe e Massimo. Ma tutta la squadra messa in campo si è dimostrata attenta e premurosa. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo e le pronte risposte alle (tante) domande (e paure) sorte nel periodo di pianificazione. Un grazie speciale a Massimo che ha smontato abilmente e rimontato un pianoforte e un'anziana libreria a cui tengo particolarmente...
