Spedizione veloce ed imballaggio eccellente, quindi davvero ottimo. Dopo 6 mesi ho notato che due angoli su quattro presentano delle crêpe ed in uno dei due è saltato il rivestimento; premetto che il tavolo è tenuto con estrema cura e attenzione, da quando l'abbiamo montato, non è stato neanche mai spostato. Ho contattato l'azienda per chiedere se ci fosse qualche tipo di assistenza, essendo passati solo 6 mesi dall'acquisto e ipotizzando un problema nel rivestimento stesso. Dopo avergli inviato foto del problema su loro richiesta, mi è stato risposto che si tratta sicuramente di danno accidentale, in quanto le certificazioni in loro possesso certificano che il piano si può rovinare solo a contatto con corpo contundente; purtroppo qui non c'è stato nessun danno accidentale, anzi in questo caso, dato che escludono che possa essere un problema del rivestimento, si tratterebbe di ben 2 danni accidentali ed entrambi sugli angoli. Pertanto mi hanno detto che l'unica soluzione è ricomprare il piano al prezzo di 300,00, cosa che ovviamente non farò, in quanto non mi sembra davvero corretto. Molto delusa per la gestione post-vendita. Non comprerò più da loro. I bought a table on the site this summer. In the pre-sale and purchase phase everything went well, they respond to all clarifications, very courteous. Fast shipping and excellent packaging, so really great. After 6 months I noticed that two out of four corners have crepes and in one of the two the coating has blown; I state that the table is kept with extreme care and attention, since we assembled it, it has never even been moved. I contacted the company to ask if there was any kind of assistance, since only 6 months have passed since the purchase and assuming a problem in the coating itself. After sending them photos of the problem at their request, I was told that it is certainly accidental damage, as the certifications in their possession certify that the top can only be damaged in contact with a blunt force; unfortunately there has been no accidental damage here, indeed in this case, since they exclude that it could be a problem with the coating, it would be no less than 2 accidental damage and both on the corners. Therefore they told me that the only solution is to buy the plan back at the price of 300.00, which obviously I will not do, as it does not seem really correct. Very disappointed with the after-sales management. I will not buy from them anymore.
