Sono dovuto io correre da una parte all'altra per coordinare i fornitori. Ma non è finita qui. Poi tocca all'assistenza post-vendita. Da quasi due mesi ho la persiana della porta finestra del terrazzo bloccata alzata, tra l'altro con conseguenze sulla mia privacy e rischi di effrazione. Per settimane non mi hanno dato riscontro se non con email interlocutorie. Il numero di telefono, che in teoria si può contattare in fasce orarie molto ristrette in determinati giorni della settimana (!), ha sempre la segreteria telefonica attivata. Ho dovuto insistere io con la ditta che ha installato le finestre e per tutta risposta mi è arrivato un preventivo di 1.000 € da parte di un suo fornitore. Lo stesso per un problema che avevo in bagno. Alla fine ho dovuto io pressare l'idraulico finché non è venuto. Per un mese e mezzo ho avuto un wc inutilizzabile! I had to insist with the company that installed the windows and in response I received a quote of € 1,000 from one of its suppliers. Same for a problem I had in the bathroom. Eventually I had to press the plumber until he came. For a month and a half I had an unusable toilet!

Nonostante i tentativi di numerosi contatti per email, gli addetti di Industrie Edili non hanno mai risposto. Addirittura al suo interno sarà posizionata un opera d'arte. Siamo stati seguiti benissimo dalla filiale Arte di Abitare di Prato della Valle che addirittura rientra il prodotto usato. I tempi di consegna sono stati più che rispettati. La qualità costruttiva è molto alta. Ottimo come l'azienda ti mette a disposizione dei geometri di cantiere che ti seguono per la scelta delle finiture e per seguirti nella personalizzazione dell'appartamento.
