Dall'ottobre 2020 segnalo la necessità di ricevere assistenza per la riparazione di un infisso installato da Gruppo Finestre SRL. Ad oggi, l'infisso resta da riparare, se non da buttare.
Ho chiamato 4 volte l'assistenza e per 4 volte non ha saputo rintracciare il tecnico delle riparazioni. La stessa mi ha continuamente suggerito di attendere.
Mi sono presentata negli uffici e ho ricevuto la medesima garanzia, infondata, di ricevere pronta assistenza. Sicché, è intervenuto il mio proprietario di casa, che, a distanza di 8 mesi, è riuscito a far arrivare un tecnico. In seguito a sopraluogo e tamponamento della situazione, se n'è andato promettendo di inviare, con calma, un preventivo.
Ad oggi, non abbiamo ancora un preventivo né una riparazione.
I problemi dell'infisso sono i seguenti:
- motore della tapparella da sostituire;
- vetro crepato;
- maniglia che gira a 360* senza chiudere le ante dell'infisso.
Quindi, per quanto riguarda il servizio di assistenza della ditta lo si sconsiglia caldamente.

Since October 2020, I report the need to receive assistance for the repair of a window frame installed by Gruppo Finestre SRL. To date, the frame remains to be repaired, if not thrown away.
I called for assistance 4 times and 4 times they could not find the repair technician. She continually suggested me to wait.
I went to the offices and received the same unfounded guarantee of prompt assistance. So, my homeowner intervened, who, after 8 months, managed to get a technician. Following an inspection and tamponade of the situation, he left, promising to send, calmly, an estimate.
As of today, we still don't have a quote or a repair.
The problems with the frame are the following:
- shutter motor to be replaced;
- cracked glass;
- handle that turns 360 * without closing the doors of the frame.
Therefore, as regards the assistance service of the company, it is strongly discouraged.
