Ho i loro sono serramenti in pvc da 20 anni, la tecnica è certamente migliorata ma quelle porte e finestre rimangono splendide I can only recommend these products. E	Elena Germiniasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vorrei dare nemmeno una stella ma non è consentito: ho acquistato un poggiolo in mdf rivestito in pvc che doveva essere di lunghissima durata invece dopo due anni è stato cambiato perchè cadevano i pezzi in cortile; ora, dopo 7 anni dal rifacimento si pela, si sono create fessure e gonfiori e ha fatto il muschio nei punti di giunzione dei vari elementi; lavoro pessimo e ditta che nonostante i numerosissimi contatti via mail, whatsapp e telefono non si degna di darmi riscontro. Non acquisterò mai più nulla. I would not like to give even a star but it is not allowed: I bought a pvc-coated mdf balcony which had to be very long-lasting but after two years it was changed because the pieces fell in the courtyard; now, 7 years after the makeover, it peels, cracks and swellings have been created and moss has been created at the junction points of the various elements; bad job and company that despite the numerous contacts via email, whatsapp and telephone does not deign to give me feedback. I will never buy anything again.

Sono bellissime e, provate quest’estate e ora con i primi freddi, veramente performanti. Sono contentissima e non rimpiango nemmeno un centesimo del prezzo pagato. Per di più sono stati correttissimi, puntuali in tutto e hanno lasciato la casa in ordine. Hanno rispettato tutto quanto era stato pattuito precedentemente, anche i piccoli particolari che non figuravano nel contratto. Consiglio vivamente di affidarvi con fiducia alla professionalità del Gruppo Finestre. Floria They installed "Luce" windows and French doors throughout the house. I chose the ones with triple glass and hidden hinges. They are beautiful and, try this summer and now with the first cold, truly performing. Qualità mediocre degli infissi: le portefinestre dopo pochi giorni non si chiudono più. Nel giro di un paio di mesi ho dovuto chiamarli già due volte per ricalibrare gli infissi. Installatori frettolosi e pressapochisti. Ditta sconsigliata vivamente. Bad experience. Repeatedly incorrect invoices and documentation, sales staff do not answer calls. Mediocre quality of the fixtures: the French doors do not close after a few days. Within a couple of months I had to call them twice already to recalibrate the fixtures. Hasty installers and pressure-smackers. Firm strongly discouraged.

Nessun rispetto per i clienti, nessuna voglia di risolvere anche piccoli problemi. A distanza di 15 anni mi si è rotto un blocchetto della porta del terrazzino. Sono andato allo sperone showroom di Trento e quasi ridendo mi hanno detto che li non bevono presi di ricambio ma di provare in fabbrica a Pergine. Arrivato a Pergine mi hanno mandato via perché alle 17 si chiude. Ho cercato su amazon, ho trovato il prezzo e lo ho comperato. Da loro non andrò mai più. Maybe the product could be worth 3/4 stars, but the after-sales service is not even worth one. No respect for customers, no desire to solve even small problems. After 15 years, a block on the door of the terrace broke. I went to the Sperone showroom in Trento and almost laughing they told me that they don't drink them as spare parts but to try them in the factory in Pergine. When I arrived in Pergine they sent me away because it closes at 5pm. I searched on amazon, found the price and bought it. I'll never go to them again.

Alla fine abbiamo scelto un altro fornitore, ma l'impressione ricevuta è stata molto favorevole! We requested a quote for the replacement of the fixtures, which was provided to us quickly and in great detail, highlighting the specific costs of each part of the work. In the end we chose another supplier, but the impression received was very favorable!
