Non volendomene separare, la scelta responsabile pensavo fosse un corso di addestramento, per quanto impegnativo potesse essere; cerco quindi aiuto e informazioni qui, specificando di avere anche groooossi problemi col richiamo. Mi chiedono di sciogliere il cane in un ampio recinto, da cui scappa attraverso un buco in meno di 5 minuti... Mezz'ora per riprenderlo in giro per il posteggio del centro enci, col rischio che se fosse entrata una macchina aprendo quindi il cancello principale, questo mi scappasse in strada o ci finisse sotto. La cosa mi ha stressato tantissimo. Quando finalmente lo riprendo, l'addestratrice commenta "pensavo che il buco lo avessero chiuso".... Anche mentre all'inizio esponevo i problemi che dovevo risolvere, non mi sono sentita ascoltata ma solo giudicata. Ora sto facendo il corso presso altra struttura enci dove il cane viene addestrato in sicurezza, come prima lo sgambo 1h al giorno e porto in passeggiata un'altra ora ma senza i problemi precedenti: sta imparando velocemente! Per il resto la struttura è ampia, anche se non facilissima da trovare. Ho intravisto diversi spazi per addestramento, anche per quello che credo agility e mi interessava perché penso farebbe felice il cane, ma non lo farò qui. Cortese un altro addestratore che ha cercato di aiutarmi a riprendere il cane in maniera molto attiva. Idem il signore che mi ha risposto al telefono. Ma non mi sono sentita né ascoltata né al sicuro, per cui non tornerei né lo consiglierei. I bring the dog because he is a puppy, and lively loooong more than expected. Not wanting to part with it, the responsible choice I thought was a training course, however demanding it might be; I therefore look for help and information here, specifying that I also have big problems with the recall. They ask me to untie the dog in a large enclosure, from which it escapes through a hole in less than 5 minutes ... Half an hour to take it back around the parking lot of the enci center, with the risk that if a car had entered, thus opening the main gate, this escaped me in the street or ended up under it. It stressed me a lot. When I finally get it back, the trainer comments "I thought they had closed the hole" .... Even while at first I exposed the problems I had to solve, I did not feel listened to but only judged. Now I am taking the course at another enci facility where the dog is safely trained, as before the 1 hour walk a day and I take another hour for a walk but without the previous problems: he is learning quickly! The rest of the structure is large, although not very easy to find. I saw several training spaces, also for what I believe agility and I was interested in because I think it would make the dog happy, but I will not do it here. Cortese another trainer who tried to help me get the dog back in a very active way. Ditto the gentleman who answered the phone. But I didn't feel listened to or safe, so I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Mi dispiace ma il disabile motorio non può accedere perché la sede è al 2o piano senza ascensore. Personale da formare per migliorare le competenze giuridiche e amministrative. Architectural barriers ... but shouldn't they be overcome by law? I'm sorry but the physically disabled cannot access because the office is on the 2nd floor without a lift. Staff to be trained to improve legal and administrative skills.

Peccato sia all'ultimo piano senza ascensore ed io ho problemi alle ginocchia.... 2 o 3 piani a piedi sono un ottimo allenamento, ma solo per chi è sano! Kindness and efficiency. I went to their office for qualification cards and booklets. Too bad it's on the top floor without a lift and I have knee problems .... Walking 2 or 3 floors is a great workout, but only for those who are healthy!
