Mi sono rivolto a loro sotto consiglio dell'AIS Padova (associazione italiana sommelier) per l'acquisto della divisa di rappresentanza. I prodotti vengono ordinati, non sono disponibili in pronta consegna: il mio completo ha impiegato due settimane prima di essere disponibile, giungendo il giorno prima dell'esame di terzo livello e mettendomi in difficoltà per l'apposizione dello stemma sul bavero della giacca. La qualità prezzo è scarsa, prodotti marchiati Isacco, marca già conosciuta per i camici base degli studenti di medicina, giacca e pantalone 150 euro. Ad acquistare gli stessi prodotti online (Zalando) avrei speso la metà con una qualità probabilmente superiore. Ciò che reputo inaccettabile è l'avermi consegnato una giacca da donna e non da uomo, vedendomi costretto a ripercorrere 40 minuti di strada, tra andata e ritorno, per avere finalmente il prodotto corretto. Inutile aggiungere che non mi è stato fornito alcuno sconto né particolari scuse per il disguido e il disturbo arrecatomi. Sconsiglio l'acquisto a tutti i futuri sommelier: in un mondo in cui l'ecommerce è molto più conveniente, la mancanza di attenzione al cliente è ciò che fa fallire esercizi commerciali come questo.
Low quality haberdashery (I did not think that in 2020 Carlsberg branded clothes were still sold), with a department for professional uniforms. I turned to them under the advice of AIS Padova (Italian sommelier association) for the purchase of the official uniform. The products are ordered, they are not available for immediate delivery: my suit took two weeks before being available, arriving the day before the third level exam and making it difficult for me to affix the emblem on the lapel of the jacket. The price quality is poor, products branded Isaac, a brand already known for the basic gowns of medical students, jacket and trousers 150 euros. To buy the same products online (Zalando) I would have spent half with a probably higher quality. What I consider unacceptable is to have given me a jacket for women and not for men, seeing myself forced to go 40 minutes on the road, round trip, to finally have the correct product. Needless to say, I have not been given any discounts or special apologies for the inconvenience and inconvenience. I do not recommend buying to all future sommeliers: in a world where ecommerce is much cheaper, the lack of attention to the customer is what makes businesses like this fail.
