D	Denis Fantini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Duomo di San Lorenzo ad Abano Terme è il più antico e principale edificio religioso della cittadina termale, edificato a partire dal 1780 sui resti di alcune altre pievi. Sulla facciata oggi sono infisse quattro sculture di Luigi Strazzabosco raffiguranti i quattro evangelisti, suo anche il bassorilievo del Buon Pastore incastonato nel muro esterno dell’archivio e degli uffici e parrocchiali. Il portone principale è opera in ferro di Toni Benetton di Treviso. L’interno del Duomo si presenta a navata unica, con sei altari laterali. Molte le opere d’arte in esso presenti: l’altare maggiore, lo splendido tabernacolo del Santissimo Sacramento e le due statue barocche, La Fede e La Speranza. The Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Abano Terme is the oldest and main religious building of the spa town, built starting from 1780 on the remains of some other churches. On the façade today there are four sculptures by Luigi Strazzabosco depicting the four evangelists, his also the bas-relief of the Good Shepherd set in the external wall of the archive and of the offices and parish churches. The main door is an iron work by Toni Benetton of Treviso. The interior of the Cathedral has a single nave, with six side altars. Many of the works of art present in it: the high altar, the splendid tabernacle of the Blessed Sacrament and the two baroque statues, La Fede e La Speranza.

E	Edoardo Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli Evangelisti ci guardano, con i loro occhi di pietra, dalla facciata di questa Chiesa (ri)costruita nel 1780. Proprio la facciata in mattoni, che è stata restaurata riportandola all'antico splendore nel 1967, rimanda a un che di incompiuto, come il campanile del X secolo, unico "resto" della pieve originale (1100) con espressioni gotiche ormai perdute nel resto del Duomo. L'edificio originale è passato dalle tre navate primitive ad una sola con sei altari laterali a seguito della riedificazione avvenuta nel IIXX secolo. All'interno trovano posto numerose opere d'arte da ammirare, compreso l'organo a canne commissionato nel 1967 e successivamente adeguato con l'aggiunta di una terza tastiera. Stona molto la collocazione cittadina del monumento tra gli edifici degli anni del boom economico che lo circondano, ma il Duomo, intitolato a San Lorenzo Martire, spicca comunque con personalità tra i condomini e il vecchio cinema. Frequentato dagli aponensi, ma anche dal turismo di passaggio, nei giorni canonici o solo per una preghiera, resta centro di ritrovo e riferimento per la comunità cattolica che affolla il sagrato. Chiesa a tre navate, severa, con tre organi: uno a canne originario, uno meccanico di fine novecento, un armonium campionato per prove e celebrazioni non solenni Un affresco di Piero della Francesca della Maddalena, saggio definito dell'arte di questo pittore da vedere con compiutezza nella Chiesa di San Francesco. Belle pale d'altare, significativi affreschi e importante la Cappella del Conforto con una miracolosa effigie mariana cui si attribuisce la fine del flagello di un terremoto. Imperdibile. S	Stefano Torchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although not a particularly significant monument, the church is the result of stratified architectural interventions in the various eras and the last refurbishment dates back to the early decades of the 20th century. The interior has a classical layout with a single nave and the apsidal presbytery area, delimited by two large chapels, decorated with imposing Corinthian columns. Worthy of note is the prestigious musical activity that regularly takes place during the various cultural events held in this church. Of particular note are the organ concerts (the church has a magnificent instrument) of the highest artistic quality.
