L’impiegato al front desk ha avuto una grande capacità di problem solving perché mi è venuto in contro alle mie esigenze lavorative dandomi una auto sostitutiva senza tanti problemi come molte altre compagnie fanno ... mi hanno fatto un cambio olio in giornata ( GRANDI MECCANICI ! ... alle ragazze sempre al front desk bisogna far una nota di merito ulterioriore perché erano veramente preparate in merito di pneumatici che ho sostituito grazie alle loro raccomandazioni ... volevo il meglio per la mia macchina e l’ho ottenuto
