Impeccable work, very kind and professional, both in the office and in the workshop. Auto replaced perfect and my personal car found neat and clean.

I brought my hail-damaged car and it was delivered to me when I picked it up as new! The staff of this body shop is exceptional! Available, kind, professional and impeccable in solving the problem. A seguito di una tremenda grandinata la mia auto nuova aveva parecchie ammaccature, lo staff della Carrozzeria Officina F.lli Bucarelli ha curato e gestito la mia pratica dall'inizio alla fine. Il servizio reso ha compreso l’avvio della pratica con l’assicurazione, ha offerto un'auto sostitutiva e ovviamente la riparazione. I tempi di consegna del mio veicolo sono stati anticipati rispetto alla iniziale data prevista. Il lavoro eseguito è perfetto e in auto mi sono ritrovata utili e graditi gadget. Tutto il personale è davvero gentile, disponibile e competente.
An excellent service made of quality and courtesy. Following a terrible hailstorm my new car had several dents, the staff of the Carrozzeria Officina F.lli Bucarelli took care of and managed my file from start to finish. The service provided included the initiation of the practice with insurance, offered a replacement car and obviously the repair. The delivery times of my vehicle have been brought forward with respect to the initial scheduled date. The work performed is perfect and in the car I found myself useful and welcome gadgets. All the staff are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Come promesso nella promo su Facebook ho avuto inclusa l'auto sostitutiva e la pulizia completa dell'interno con tanto di igienizzazione. Dopo quasi 8 anni la macchina è tornata come quando l'ho ritirata dal concessionario ?
Professionalism, transparency and competence: 3 magical words, but above all basic, which deserve the best of stars ?
As promised in the promo on Facebook I had included the replacement car and the complete cleaning of the interior with a lot of sanitation. After almost 8 years the car is back as it was when I picked it up from the dealer ?

Ho portato la mia auto a riverniciare per un atto vandalico e, nel frattempo, ho chiesto che mi venisse fatta la convergenza.
In poco meno di due giorni, nei quali ho usufruito dell'auto di cortesia (per me fondamentale), hanno fatto tutto a regola d'arte.
Assolutamente consigliata.

I took my car to repaint for vandalism and, in the meantime, I asked for the convergence.
In just under two days, in which I took advantage of the courtesy car (fundamental for me), they did everything in a workmanlike manner.
Absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un danno non indifferente alla mia auto, una RAV 4 Hybrid, sia dal punto di vista della carrozzeria e della meccanica, prevalentemente la carrozzeria è stata la più interessata.
Pertanto mi son rivolto ai F.lli Bucarelli che mi hanno consegnato anche l'auto sostitutiva.
Io personalmente ho avuto a che fare con i Fratelli Andrea e Tiziana e con la collaboratrice Elisa. Tre persone a dir poco squsite e disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza, capaci e interessate.
Il lavoro è stato eseguito in maniera brillante e stupefacente. Per rendere l'idea dico che quando sono andato a ritirare l'auto era meglio di quando, nuova, me l'ha consegnata la concessionaria. Lavoro spettacolare.
I had a considerable damage to my car, a RAV 4 Hybrid, both from the point of view of the bodywork and mechanics, mainly the bodywork was the most affected.
Therefore I turned to the Bucarelli brothers who also gave me the replacement car.
I personally had to deal with the brothers Andrea and Tiziana and with the collaborator Elisa. Three people to say the least astounded and available for any eventuality, capable and interested.
The work was done brilliantly and astonishingly. To give an idea, I say that when I went to collect the car it was better than when, new, the dealership gave it to me. Spectacular work.
