Molto bravi per far perdere tempo! Avrei dovuto richiamarli per sapere quale giorno portarla e forse poi dopo un'altra giornata senza auto, la avrebbero messa a posto. Nel frattempo per curiosità passo da un'altra officina autorizzata e..... girano una vite e la mettono a posto. Car taken from them. I take it to the workshop for a breakdown. Buona regola dovrebbe essere quella di non prendere appuntamenti con altri clienti se ci sono già delle trattative in corso per la stessa auto. Ecco, contatto la concessionaria nella giornata di ieri per una ford fiesta usata, vengo ricontattato immediatamente e l'addetta mi fissa un appuntamento per il giorno dopo (cioè oggi pomeriggio). Tutto regolare e tutto bello fino a quando vengo contattato questa mattina dalla concessionaria per avvertirmi che l'auto è stata venduta. Chiedo gentilmente della trattativa si sapeva già anche nella giornata di ieri e mi viene risposto " si certo". Bene ma non benissimo, io non sono stato avvertito della trattativa in corso, ovvero che c'era già qualcuno interessato all'auto, altrimenti sarei volentieri rimasto in attesa. Invece no, appuntamento fissato comunque senza tener conto che magari per venire a vedere l'auto, una persona si deve organizzare, prendere pure dei permessi da lavoro o no? Poi vengo ricontattato e come se niente fosse mi chie dono se sono interessato ad acquistare un'altra auto. Ma con quale criterio?? Massima delusione!! Zero professionalism!
