★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci si perde qui dentro.. comunque sono uffici amministrativi non è aperto al pubblico ed è inutile che vi lamentate qui visto che non è né il sito della banca ne un servizio clienti.. questo è un programma per la navigazione con informazioni e recensioni su vari punti di interesse.
You get lost in here .. however they are administrative offices it is not open to the public and it is useless to complain here since it is neither the bank's website nor a customer service .. this is a program for browsing with information and reviews on various points of interest.

Mando anche a voi, con la certezza di essere inascoltato, lìinvito a mettere in chiaro nel vostro sito un indirizzo cui inviare le missive truffaldine, pregandovi di dirmi perché l'intero ceto bancario si disinteressa di tale faccenda deteriore. I sistemi legali e tecnici per ovviare a tale andazzo di sarebbero, ma evidentente le banche o se ne fregano o hanno altre rogne cui pensare: il che è un vero peccato.

Like all Italian banks your name is disturbed by fraudulent emails which "For security and protection reasons ... fill in the attached form ... Bcc Card - Iccrea Banking Group" etc.
I also send you, with the certainty of being unheard, to ask you to make clear on your site an address to which to send the fraudulent letters, asking you to tell me why the entire banking class is not interested in this matter. The legal and technical systems to obviate such bad behavior would be, but the banks are evident or do not care or have other problems to think about: which is a real shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestite una upp di Acquisti di nome ventis che ritira il prodotto restituito e non rimborsa. il call center non gestisce nessuna pratica ma solo il sito, non vi sono altri referenti. Mi verrebbe da dire.. Ladri.
Manage a purchase upp named ventis which withdraws the returned product and does not refund. the call center does not manage any files but only the site, there are no other contacts. I would say .. Thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestiscono i chargeback i maniera orribile. Non esiste un numero con cui avere informazioni in merito. Aspetto dei rimborsi per merce non consegnata e sono passati ormai oltre 60gg.

Dopo più tentativi mi hanno concesso il chargeback. La comunicazione e da migliorare
They handle chargebacks in a horrible way. There is no number with which to have information on this. Appearance of refunds for undelivered goods and more than 60 days have passed.
