A voi il parere Chiamo per una vettura vista su un noto portale Dopo alcune telefonate e messaggi, riferisco che sono intenzionato all’acquisto, ma vorrei avere la possibilità di dare risposta definitiva l’indomani mattina La famosa mattina successiva chiamo contento di poter dare risposta positiva e definitiva, quando mi sento dire che la vettura è stata venduta dopo qualche ora dalla mia telefonata. Faccio notare il poco riguardo nei miei confronti, provano a giustificare adducendo che la vendita è stata fatta da un altro agente, allorché aggiungo che saper fare il proprio lavoro, avrebbe incluso mettere sul loro sistema un appunto, un alert per informare tutti della trattativa in corso. Inutile continuare con il blabla, mi fermo Questi i fatti salienti Ora vorrei far notare che, per puro rispetto al cliente, se non per vivere civile e rispettoso del prossimo, forse, e dico forse, contattarmi per mettermi al corrente che c’è un acquirente che vuole definire, poteva essere un gesto cortese. Detto ciò, lascio a voi formulare un parere sul modo di agire di queste persone Concludo col dire che, ogni volta che qualcuno fa una recensione negativa, e non mi riferisco a questa ma in generale, guarda caso è sempre un caso fortuito, una svista o addirittura colpa del cliente Grazie per le riflessioni che farete

Pfff, friendly but very inefficient and NOT customer focused. I asked what the reparation of a leaking airsuspension would cost and when it could be fixed. Asked at 8.30 and the answer was several times ´i come back soon´. At 14.00 there was still no answer and at 15.00, so aften 6 1/2 hours the feedback was: ‘you have a leak on your airsuspension.`...... Yes sure, i told them this morning. Finally i received a verbal price (way off) and the message that there were no spare parts in Italy...... Strange for a standard part.!?!? I also had to pay for the fault finding!?! I knew already when I came. Weird. Anyway a small local mechanic fixed it for close to half and in one day, and yes he did with original Mercedes parts that were supplied overnight. So not a good experience for Autostar, unfortunately.
