Corretti ed onesti. They weren't able to solve my problem but it was not their fault. However, they advised me well so as not to spend more money unnecessarily. Fair and honest.

Ci hanno riparato il telefono in una settimana quando io da un'altra parte, per lo stesso problema, ho dovuto aspettare tre mesi. E neanche indossavano felpe particolarmente interessanti. Direi che è un posto dove vale la pena tornare, ma dato che uno ci va solo se gli si rompe qualcosa spero di non tornarci più. Very attentive and caring staff, they all wear sweatshirts which seem to keep very warm. They fixed our phone in a week when I had to wait three months elsewhere for the same problem. And they wore no particularly interesting hoodies either. I would say it is a place worth returning to, but since one only goes there if something breaks, I hope not to go back.

I was prepared to have to give it away for a few days for an expensive repairment. The staff at Gru.A.R. did not only provide me with an excellent and pleasant service, they also fixed my phone in less than an hour, on the spot and worked really hard to retrieve my warranty information. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a qualified and knowledgeable phone service. The place is a little difficult to find, you need to go off the main road and around the back of the building, but it is very much worth it.
