Dato il costo di 9 € mi aspettavo un panino farcito con più cura e abbondanza per quanto riguarda gli ingredienti... le patatine poi, 5 di numero considerando che la scatola d'asporto ne poteva contenere il doppio... Dovreste dare al cliente "qualita e quantità" a quel prezzo!! I tasted one of your burgers for the first time tonight and I was quite disappointed ... Given the cost of 9 € I expected a sandwich filled with more care and abundance as regards the ingredients ... the fries then, 5 in number considering that the take-away box could contain twice as much ... You should give the customer "quality and quantity" at that price !!

Le consegne arrivano tendenzialmente con un po' di ritardo e sprovvisti di pos per effettuare il pagamento con carta. Tuttavia rimane consigliato! The burger is pretty good and the prices are average. The staff is helpful and kind. Deliveries tend to arrive with a bit of delay and without a pos to pay by card. However it remains recommended!

Piccola precisione l'hot dog non è il classico hot dog, ma un hamburger classico con aggiunta di wurstel o salsiccia, quando ho aperto la confezione ci sono rimasta parecchio male perché non l'ho potuto mangiare per via delle intolleranze.. quindi tutto perfetto però dovrebbero essere un pochino più chiari sul menù. Good burgers, good fries and good onion rings. Small precision the hot dog is not the classic hot dog, but a classic hamburger with the addition of wurstel or sausage, when I opened the package I was very disappointed because I could not eat it due to intolerances .. so everything was perfect however they should be a little clearer on the menu.

Il fattorino (in ritardo) mi lascia il sacchetto, prende i soldi, mi da il resto e se ne va frettolosamente. Apro il sacchetto e mancavano l'acqua e.... l'hamburger! Richiamo, spiego che mi manca praticamente tutto, e la ragazza che mi aveva preso l'ordine ammette di non aver capito e aver sbagliato completamente l'ordine. In tutto questo ho speso 11€, che a loro dire è il prezzo per un insalata (4 foglie di lattuga 3 pezzi di pomodoro, 2 di feta e 5 olive) portata senza alcun condimento, nonostante avessi specificato che mi trovavo sul posto di lavoro, sprovvista di posate etc. Capisco la pandemia e la crisi che ne consegue, ma in questo modo i clienti li perdete per forza di cose. Io abito vicino all'hamburgeria e ho ordinato diverse volte da loro, nonostante anche in passato ci siano state diverse incomprensioni, ma dopo questa esperienza credo che piuttosto che richiamarli morirò di fame. Bad experience. I ordered a plate hamburger at home with a mixed side salad and a bottle of still water. The delivery boy (late) leaves me the bag, takes the money, gives me the change, and hurries off. I open the bag and there was no water and .... the hamburger! I recall, I explain that I miss practically everything, and the girl who took the order admits that she did not understand and completely wrong the order. In all this I spent 11 €, which they say is the price for a salad (4 lettuce leaves 3 pieces of tomato, 2 of feta and 5 olives) brought without any seasoning, despite having specified that I was in the workplace, without cutlery etc. I understand the pandemic and the crisis that goes with it, but in this way you lose your customers by force of circumstances. I live near the burger shop and have ordered several times from them, although there have been several misunderstandings in the past, but after this experience I believe that rather than calling them back I will starve.

Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono stati molto gentili e sopratutto precisissimi nella consegna. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!! Delicious sandwiches accompanied by a portion of fries. All delivered in a very comfortable and functional packaging. The value for money is also excellent. They were very kind and above all very precise in the delivery. I absolutely recommend it !!!
