★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La grotta dell'Impiso è una bellissima grotta osservabile dal bordo dell'ingresso per entrarci e necessaria una barca. Il nome deriva dal enorme stalactite che si trova al centro della volta e che dall'esterno ricorda una persona impiccato. Si trova vicino al altre 2 grotte quella delle Capre e del Fossellone.
The cave of Impiso is a beautiful cave observable from the edge of the entrance to enter it and a boat is needed. The name derives from the enormous stalactite which is located in the center of the vault and which from the outside reminds a hanged person. The Capre e del Fossellone is located near the other 2 caves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella nuotata, una semplice arrampicata, entri nella grotta, guardi la volta, poi ammiri il mare che ti circonda e capisci perché la gente ama il Circeo. Scarpini da scoglio e guanti consigliati (c'è un po' di vegetazione urticante)
A good swim, a simple climbing, entering the cave, look at the time, then admire the sea around you and you understand why people love the Circeo. Recommended rock-climbing shoes and gloves (there is a bit of stinging vegetation)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle mie grotte preferite della zona, c'è un cunicolo abbastanza largo che permette di vedere la grotta dall'interno e di ammirare lo stalattite che dà nome alla grotta.
One of my favorite caves in the area, there is a fairly wide tunnel that allows you to see the cave from the inside and admire the stalactite that gives the cave its name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una grotta non molto conosciuta ma molto bella per una stalattite monolitica che pende dal tetto della grotta. Si raggiunge dal mare oppure da un foro nel terreno (fare attenzione) che si raggiunge andando verso ovest da sopra la grotta delle capre
It is a cave not very known but very beautiful for a monolithic stalactite that hangs from the roof of the cave. It can be reached from the sea or from a hole in the ground (be careful) which can be reached by going west from above the cave of goats
