Finestra rotta da 10 mesi con innumerevoli scuse: un dipendente di oknoplast ha fatto caos in tutta la ditta e hanno bloccato tutto; tutti i miei dipendenti sono ammalati (usata 4 volte questa); ho il pezzo in magazzino controllo e ti chiamo... Sollecitato 2 settimane dopo ci risponde che il pezzo è sbagliato; ordinato il pezzo è arrivato in 5 mesi e, dopo controlla ed è sbagliato. In 10 mesi solo un mese fa ci dà l'appuntamento per sostituire il pezzo. Tramite sms di domenica sera alle 17.46 ci informa che il lunedì mattina sarebbe venuto a sostituire il pezzo. Solo quella volta. Noi lavoriamo e non siamo potuti stare a casa. Sollecitato molte volte al telefono senza alcuna risposta o facendoci comunicare che è impegnato. Ora ci accusa che noi non abbiamo mai dato la disponibilità pretendendo il pagamento anticipato ancor prima che il lavoro venga effettuato Assistance does not exist.
