Dotata di tutto il necessario sia per i professionisti del body building che per i principianti. Consigliata veramente a tutti i tipi di utenti. Per ultimo, non meno importante, il titolare è incredibilmente preparato! Well equipped gym, clean, well run and comfortable environment. Ottenuti risultati più che discreti dalla mia precedente costituzione fisica, grazie anche alla numerosa quantità di attrezzature, che garantiscono allenamenti vari per tutti i gruppi muscolari. Ambiente spazioso, confortevole e sempre pulito, spogliatoi compresi. La migliore qui a San Nicandro I have been attending this gym for over 1 year, had it not been for the welcoming atmosphere given by the regulars, the seriousness and professional knowledge of our mythical instructor Francesco, I would never have been passionate about this beautiful discipline that requires commitment, sweat and perseverance. Obtained more than decent results from my previous physical constitution, thanks also to the large amount of equipment, which guarantee various workouts for all muscle groups. Spacious, comfortable and always clean, including changing rooms. The best here in San Nicandro

My summer experience in Grifafitness was more than positive, a very pleasant and welcoming environment, a structure equipped with machines and equipment valid for every need, particular care for the sanitization and cleaning of tools. Ottimo ambiente dove allenarsi, tranquillo, amichevole e sempre aggiornato dal punto di vista tecnico. Il titolare è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di aiuto o consiglio, anche diverso da quello che riguarda la palestra! Consigliata. Beautiful gym, complete with all the useful equipment for any purpose. Excellent environment to train, quiet, friendly and always up to date from a technical point of view. The owner is always available for any kind of help or advice, even other than that concerning the gym! Recommended.

Such an amazing workout I had there! ?? It is open until 22:30 and single entrance cost 6€ ✅ So far the best local gym in Italy I have visited!?
