dalla Sig.ra Greta la quale ci ha risolto un problema nato da una mancata prenotazione ( non per colpa sua ma di Homeway) in tempo reale ( ci stavamo trasferendo alla località assegnataci)
Grazie a lei abbiamo potuto goderci le nostre meritate vacanze. Altre agenzie non avrebbero fatto questo come lo ha gestito la Sig.ra Greta

Travel agency like few others.We have been followed in a professional manner
from Mrs. Greta who solved a problem born from a missed booking (not through her fault but from Homeway) in real time (we were moving to the location assigned to us)
Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our well-deserved holidays. Other agencies would not have done this as Mrs. Greta handled it
