Al telefono pubblicato sul sito non risponde nessuno. Ma esiste ancora la Grenke? Ho dato disdetta dopo 5 anni di noleggio tramite PEC, il contratto scadeva a settembre ho iniziato ad inviare PEC già da Aprile comunicando la volontà di recedere dal contratto, ribadito anche a Luglio e nessuno mi ha mai risposto!!! Oltre al danno anche la beffa, a fine settembre mi arriva la fattura per il trimestre Ott/Nov/Dic devo dire pessimi!!! If I can give advice, stay away !!! THEY WILL NOT REPLACE ANY EQUIPMENT THAT YOU RENT FROM THEM THAT BREAKS. EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR AN INSURANCE, THAT "INSURANCE" WILL ONLY TAKE CARE OF BASIC REPAIRS THAT "THEY" DEEM REPARABLE (SPOILER ALERT: THEY DON'T DEEM ANYTHING REPARABLE). READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T SIGN!! IF YOUR EQUIPMENT BREAKS, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO PAY THE MACHINERY EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH WITHOUT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THE EQUIPMENT YOU ARE RENTING IS NOT THEIRS. THEREFORE, THEY ACT AS A COLLECTION AGENCY. IT IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT WITH A CREDIT CARD AND ADD INSURANCE. GRENKE IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS THE EPITOME OF FRAUD. I'M SURE WITHIN THE NEXT 5 YEARS THIS COMPANY WILL EITHER FALL OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH OR REBRAND BECAUSE IT IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM.
