Al ritiro non effettuano nessun tipo di imballo come promesso, anticipano a loro piacimento la data di consegna fatta da altro autotrasportatore con altro mezzo che pretende di scaricarmi la moto ad un casello autostradale a 20 km da casa mia dove da accordi doveva essere consegnata. Dopo aver recuperato l'autotrasportatore ed averlo scortato fino a sotto casa mia, arriva il bello: l'autotrasportatore essendo solo non sa come scaricare la moto in quanto il suo mezzo non ha una sponda idraulica. Dopo aver appoggiato al mezzo una pedana molto lunga e non più larga di 40cm che non poteva essere fissata in nessun modo e quindi continuava a muoversi e scivolare, per poter porre fine alla situazione imbarazzante e grottesca sono stato costretto a lanciarmi con la moto gia da questa pedana posticcia mentre la mia compagna gridava dalla paura e i trasportatore cercava in qualche modo di tenere ferma la pedana con i suoi piedi. Ho rischiato tantissimo di farmi seriamente male e di rovinare la mia nuova moto, so che non avrei dovuto farlo e preterndere il servizio accordato ma per importanti motivi avevo bisogno che la moto venisse scaricata in quel momento (tra l'altro scelto da loro) e non in un'altro. Fortunatamente non è successo nulla a parte un grosso spavento e moto in pessime condizioni, sconsiglio vivamente! Terrible! Poor communication, efficient motorcycle transport does not respect agreements. Upon collection they do not carry out any type of packaging as promised, they anticipate at their convenience the delivery date made by another hauler by other means that claims to unload the bike at a motorway exit 20 km from my house where by agreement it had to be delivered. After recovering the hauler and having escorted him up to my house, the best part comes: the hauler being alone does not know how to unload the bike as his vehicle does not have a tail lift. After having placed a very long platform on the vehicle and no wider than 40cm that could not be fixed in any way and therefore continued to move and slide, in order to put an end to the embarrassing and grotesque situation I was forced to launch myself with the bike already from this false platform while my partner screamed in fear and the transporter somehow tried to hold the platform steady with his feet. I risked a lot of getting seriously injured and ruining my new bike, I know that I shouldn't have done it and pretended the service agreed but for important reasons I needed the bike to be unloaded at that moment (among other things chosen by them) and not in another. Fortunately, nothing happened apart from a big scare and a bike in very bad condition, I strongly advise against it!
