★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo ristorantino, dove l aria è impregnata dagli odori derivanti dal cattivo funzionamento della cappa in cucina, soprattutto a spese dei tavoli adiacenti alla stessa
Menù nella norma, senza nessuna nota particolare, in linea ai locali insiti nel paesino di Sferracavallo, dove si privilegia una clientela di massa.
Una zuppa di cozze, con nota sapida alterata al massimo e bruschette da intingere, immangiabili data l untuosita, piatto che non sarebbe dovuto uscire dalla cucina, dove si aspetta che lo chef assaggi tutto al pass, o quantomeno porga le scuse al cliente, della defaillance.
Prezzi incongruenti, data la loro piattezza gustativa, per fortuna smussati, dall'ottima scontistica The Fork, perfettamente attuata.
Servizio perfetto, presenta, disponibile e gentilissimo, che ha fatto la differenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delicious food. The caponata is an explosion of flavor and very large portion, easily split among three people. The gnocchi with fish and asparagus is quite nice and filling. Another person in our party got the risotto and his portion was quite large. He enjoyed all of it. Overall, a great experience with top quality food and service, would come back if I was in the area!
Edit: the restroom is SUPER clean like one of the cleanest I’ve seen since being in Italy. Also it’s worth mentioning that the music/playlist here is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time in 2 nights straight. Delicious food with exceptional quality. Just go for the tasting menu and you don’t have to think much. Everything from starters to dessert was so perfect.
We will probably fly to Palermo to just eat here ?
