Non potendo girare fisicamente (soprattutto in questo periodo di limitazioni covid) per fare preventivi, scrissi loro una mail chiedendo un preventivo indicativo di spesa per recinzione e pavimentazione esterna autobloccante fornendo tutti i dettagli del caso. Questa fu la risposta:
"buongiorno, siamo spiacenti ma purtroppo al momento non abbiamo tempo.
cordiali saluti"
Inqualificabili.
Sarebbe stato molto più cortese e professionale dirmi di pazientare, anche un mese se necessario, o di recarmi fisicamente presso la loro sede. Qualunque cosa sarebbe stata più dignitosa di tale risposta.

I live 150km from my new home and I have to do some renovations before moving in. Not being able to physically turn (especially in this period of covid limitations) to make estimates, I wrote them an email asking for an estimated cost estimate for fencing and self-locking external flooring providing all the details of the case. This was the answer:
"hello, we're sorry but unfortunately we don't have time at the moment.
Yours sincerely"
Unqualifiable.
It would have been much more courteous and professional to tell me to be patient, even a month if necessary, or to physically go to their premises. Anything would have been more dignified than such an answer.
