Menù vario ... ho preso un fuori menù ( tagliolini al sugo di pesce) buonissimo ... forse porzione troppo piccola per il costo .... ma meritavano! I stopped by chance for lunch ... with a colleague ... well-kept place a few tables to eat at the table. Varied menu ... I took an off-menu (tagliolini with fish sauce) very good ... perhaps too small portion for the cost .... but they deserved!

Trovate pizze ricercate, con impasto molto simile a quello tradizionale napoletano. Sono ottimi i dolci e hanno una vasta selezionedi birre artigianali molto buone. Bisogna prenotare perche i posti sono pochissimi e si mangia molto bene Excellent pizzeria and oven, they are basically the oven that bakes the bread for the Marconi restaurant alongside (a Michelin star). Find refined pizzas, with dough very similar to the traditional Neapolitan one. The desserts are excellent and they have a wide selection of very good craft beers. You have to book because there are very few places and you can eat very well

Tutti gli ingredienti sono di alta qualità, dagli ingredienti per le pizze agli altri piatti; perfino il pesce era ottimo, cosa non così scontata essendo in collina. Il personale è davvero cordiale e accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente. The pizza dough is phenomenal and the baked desserts are no different. All the ingredients are of high quality, from the ingredients for the pizzas to the other dishes; even the fish was excellent, which is not so obvious being in the hills. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
L	L M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto questo posto consigliato e quindi da Bologna mi sono recata appositamente per una colazione di qualità, peccato aver trovato tutt’altro. Il locale è piccolo e semplice, il bancone poco fornito sia per la colazione (il salato praticamente assente) che per quanto riguarda i panificati, c’erano due tre tipologie di pane esposto e basta. Non mi sono chiari gli orari poiché ho letto ben tre comunicazioni diverse tra internet, biglietto da visita e vetrina. Il posto dovrebbe essere un bar/forno/pizzeria, che non consiglio assolutamente per la poca scelta, i prezzi alti e gli ingredienti generici utilizzati. Il proprietario è poco disponibile, restio anche nello spiegarci il loro concept di pizze. Inoltre molto indelicato nel comunicare, lo abbiamo sentito al telefono negare una prenotazione a due persone con un passeggino e un cane, così sgarbato che abbiamo provato imbarazzo per la cliente. Questo posto è un bar di provincia in declino. I saw this recommended place and therefore I went from Bologna specifically for a quality breakfast, it's a pity I found something else. The place is small and simple, the counter poorly stocked both for breakfast (practically absent salty) and as regards bread products, there were two or three types of bread on display and that's it. The timetables are not clear to me as I have read three different communications between the internet, business card and shop window. The place should be a bar / bakery / pizzeria, which I absolutely do not recommend due to the limited choice, high prices and generic ingredients used. The owner is not very helpful, even reluctant to explain their pizza concept to us. Also very indelicate in communicating, we overheard him on the phone denying a reservation to two people with a stroller and a dog, so rude that we felt embarrassed for the customer. This place is a provincial bar in decline.

F	Federico Baffetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small bakery is a great place where you can have a sweet and cozy breakfast, but also get a wonderful lunch with gourmet pizza and homemade beer, or stunning hamburger with special meat. Everything is "bio" and you can definitely taste the chef touch in all the plates! Delicious and savory desserts and perfect service completes the picture. Not to miss!
