O	Olli B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Internet werden einem Super Bikes angezeigt. Vor Ort sieht die Realität schnell anders aus. Außer die E-Bikes und die City-Bikes ist das restliche Angebot eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten uns 4 MTBs ausgeliehen. Die Fahrräder hatte allesamt Mängel und damit meine ich nicht die vielen Roststellen oder die a genutzten Griffe und Sättel. Bei einem war die Schaltung derart verstellt, das es nicht Möglich war überhaupt alle Gänge durchzuschalten. Bei einem anderem war eine der Bremsen durch. Das Dritte hatte gleich mehrere Defekte. Wir hatten die Bikes für einen halben Tag (6 Stunden) geliehen. Natürlich muss man die 40 Euro (!!!) dafür auch vorab bezahlen. Nach nicht einmal 3 Stunden haben wir die Räder frustriert zurückgebracht. Nie wieder! Da gibt es weit aus bessere Anbieter vor Ort, deshalb lieber vorher etwas umsehen und nicht von dem schicken Anschein der Geschäftsräume blenden lassen. Super bikes are displayed on the Internet. After less than 3 hours we brought the bikes back in frustration. Never again! There are far better providers on site, so it's better to look around beforehand and not be blinded by the chic appearance of the business premises.

Es wird meines Erachtens ein wenig zuviel und zu ungenau abgerechnet. Wir haben zwei Roller gleichzeitig ausgeliehen und wieder abgestellt und hatten bei der Abrechnung drei Minuten Unterschied bei der Fahrdauer. Wenn meine Uhr richtig gegangen ist wurde mir auch ein Drittel mehr Zeit berechnet als ich tatsächlich gefahren bin. Also Abzocke die aber gewaltig Spass macht. The electric scooters are super fun, but they are rarely well charged and quite expensive. In addition, it does not fit with the billing. In my opinion, it is billed a little too much and too imprecisely. We rented and parked two scooters at the same time and had a three-minute difference in travel time when we settled. If my watch went correctly, I was charged a third more time than I actually drove. So rip-off which is a lot of fun.

Ho cercato un posteggio e, una volta trovato, ho cercato di terminare il noleggio nello spazio apposito, ma l'app mi diceva che ero fuori zona. L'addetto del negozio di noleggio mi ha detto che probabilmente si è scaricato, suggerendomi di contattare telefonicamente l'operatore. Al secondo tentativo mi hanno risposto terminando la corsa da remoto. Riassumendo, se il monopattino si scarica non è possibile terminare la corsa tramite app. Unfortunately not a positive first experience. After less than 20 minutes the scooter stopped working.
