Die Verkäufer sind echt frech (die 2 Frauen) ?????????Umtausch unmöglich und es gibt sehr viele defekte Sachen dort. Ich empfehle es nicht dort was zu kaufen Load the worst I've seen in Bibione so far !!! The sellers are really cheeky (the 2 women) ?????????Exchange impossible and there are a lot of defective items there. I do not recommend buying anything there

E sempre bello il negozio, non ho visto la proprietaria... mi sembra di ricordare il suo nome.. Antonietta...la conoscevo perché ero spesso li a comprare le Barby e vestitini per Barby. Bei ricordi sereni... I went there as a child in the 80s and I went back there also recently now an adult. The shop is always nice, I haven't seen the owner ... I seem to remember her name .. Antonietta ... I knew her because I was often there to buy the Barby and clothes for Barby. Beautiful peaceful memories ...

Mi hanno detto di aver annullato il pagamento ma non mi hanno dato lo scontrino xché era finita la carta del pos. Poi in sull'estratto conto mi sono trovato due volte l'addebito. Attenti! Bad experience. I paid by card but then I had to add an additional article. They told me they had canceled the payment but they didn't give me the receipt because the POS card was gone. Then I found the charge twice on the bank statement. Beware!

Non facevo in tempo a prenderne un paio per paragonarli che subito con grande secchezza andava a rimetterli a posto togliendolo quasi di mano. Alla 2 domanda e alla terza risposta maleducata da parte sua , gli ho fatto notare che il modo di trattare i clienti , non era educato , e dopo la sua affermazione dicendo qui comando io ...... Che dire , ho lasciato lì il monopattino che stavo per accquistare. P.s. appena comprato su Amazon uno più bello a pari prezzo. Just discussed with the owner's son for his bad ways. I titolari sono molto competenti e i commessi gentili e pronti a consigliare i prodotti più adatti alle età e alle diverse esigenze del cliente. I prezzi sono ottimi! Consigliatissimo! Well-stocked shop, they really have everything for the summer but also many games or products for young and old. The owners are very competent and the shop staff are kind and ready to recommend the most suitable products for the age and the different needs of the customer. The prices are great! Highly recommended!

E	Elisa Artioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non esista il voto 0 stelle.... ho 3 figli e da 12 anni acquistavo giochi da loro, ma se avessi saputo che poca professionalità mantenevo sinceramente non avrei speso nemmeno 1 euro. Ho acquistato un paio di giocattoli tra cui un pallone da spiaggia che dopo mezz'ora si era sgonfiato. Mi reco insieme a mio figlio (ovviamente minore) in periodo covid (ovviamente con mascherina) presso il punto vendita per richiedere il gonfiaggio e capire dove fosse la perdita. Sono stata letteralmente aggredita dal proprietario!!! In mezzo al corso in pieno centro...oltre a dirmi che i bambini spaccano tutto...usando parole poco consone ad un minore ( mio figlio di 9 anni è rimasto sconcertato) senza mascherina a 10 centimetri dalla mia faccia. Quando gli ho chiesto di abbassare i toni mi ha risposto che nel suo negozio fa quel c..... che vuole... tutto per una richiesta di gonfiaggio... gli ho fatto notare che era un gran maleducato e che io ero una cliente e i suoi modi erano assolutamente fuori luogo anche per i termini usati e mi ha mandato a quel paese.... visitatori di Bibione il mio consiglio da frequentatrice decennale di questa stupenda località è quella di non far lavorare queste persone che non hanno per nulla a cuore ne il cliente è né il consumatore ultimo dei giocattoli che sono i nostri bambini...mio figlio mi ha detto che piuttosto non comprerà più giocattoli al mare ma da quel "Signore" non entreremo mai più...senza parole davvero.... Too bad there is no 0 star rating .... I have 3 children and I have been buying games from them for 12 years, but if I had known that I honestly maintained little professionalism I would not have spent even 1 euro. I bought a couple of toys including a beach ball that deflated after half an hour. I go with my son (obviously younger) in the covid period (obviously with mask) to the point of sale to request inflation and understand where the leak was. I was literally attacked by the owner !!! In the middle of the course in the center ... besides telling me that children break everything ... using words not suited to a minor (my 9 year old son was baffled) without a mask 10 centimeters from my face. When I asked him to tone it down he replied that in his shop he does whatever he wants ... all for a request for inflation ... I pointed out that he was very rude and that I was a client and her ways were absolutely out of place even for the terms used and she sent me to that country .... visitors to Bibione my advice as a ten-year frequenter of this beautiful location is to not let these people work who do not have to nothing at heart neither the customer nor the ultimate consumer of the toys that are our children ... my son told me that he will rather not buy any more toys at the beach but from that "Lord" we will never enter again ... truly speechless ....
