β β β β β Good place to park a car for 4.50. Bus stop is nearby (for 1.50 per person), just be careful to pick the right bus on your way back from Venice - we ended up on another stop just on the other side of the river (San Giuliano), but there is no way to get back!

β β β β β Make sure you come in the morning to have parking space. 6 euros a day for a car. Very close bus stop, but without option to buy tickets so be sure to have one.

β β β β β Great option for parking before going to Venice. β¬4,50 for parking all day is quite fair price. If you don't want to pay double for the bus ticket try to buy it before at the station (β¬1,50 is the normal price), otherwise you can pay the full price once you are on board.

β β β β β Great place to park if you are going to Venecia. 4.5 β¬ per day and there you can buy ticket for bus whisc stopps 50 meters. It has cameras and looks safe. When we try to find it it was some constrructions and we have problem to find enterance but OK for this price. It is just before you come to bridge to Venecia.

β β β β β The owner was EXTREMELY rude. There are 3 different parking lots with different prices. They had something blocking the three of them for no apparent reason because there were empty spaces and cars were continuously coming out when we arrived.
Do not recommend coming here and give money to so rude and unhelpful people.

β β β β β Parking does not accept minibuses, campers, motorbikes. Nor cars with bikes on the roof / hook. Not guarded, guard leaves at 19.00.
At least they were honest they wouldn't recommend to leave bikes on the roof at their parking lot ?

β β β β β Great parking place. Near Venezia , cheap and very friendly staff. We will deffinitely use it again on our next Venezia tripp. The bus station is also directly to the parking place.

β β β β β When we arrived, the older guy was pretty big jerk in need of serious, long term psychiatric care. The middle aged guy on leaving was pretty decent though. Parking was tight, but doable. Also, it's not possible to buy a bus ticket into Venice anywhere around.
