★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkování super, jen pozor neúčtují za 24 hodin, ale za započatý den. Tedy přijedete večer a odjete ráno a už platíte za dva dny. Jinak parkování hlídané a v pohodě. Hvězdička dolů za toho silnějšího pána u pokladny, ani neumí odpovědět na pozdrav a rozloučení. Evidentně nevychovaný. Naopak starší šedovlasý pán navigující auta na místa byl velmi ochotný a milý.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniente e comodo per raggiungere p.le Roma con l'autobus urbano, è custodito e sempre aperto, il prezzo è di 6€ e dura fino alle ore 24, superata tale ora bisogna pagare altri 6€.

6€ pro Tag, Busse fahren in der Nähe (2,4,6,..) Bustickets für hin- und zurück sind am Kassenhäuschen zu erhalten (wichtig: diese müssen im Bus entwertet werden!) Ticket für zwei Fahrten insgesamt 3€ pro Person.
Man erhält bei Einfahrt einen Chip der vor der Ausfahrt am Kassenhaus bezahlt wird.
Würde hier wieder parken.

6 € per day, buses run nearby (2, 4, 6, ..) Bus tickets for there and back are available at the ticket booth (important: these must be validated on the bus!) Ticket for two journeys a total of 3 € each Person.

Would park here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio ottimo,con vendita di biglietti autobus, con 3 € andata e ritorno per Venezia. Si prende l autobus subito fuori dal parcheggio 2,4,6 ti porta in piazza roma e da lì decidi come continuare. Noi abbiamo camminato a piedi sembra lungo ma è un incantevole sorpresa vedere l interno della città, tutto perfetto. Auto immacolata al costo di 6€ per tutto il giorno. I proprietari gentilissimi e danno informazioni utili. Servizio impeccabile.
Excellent parking, with the sale of bus tickets, with € 3 return to Venice. You take the bus immediately outside the parking 2,4,6 takes you to piazza roma and from there you decide how to continue. We walked on foot it seems long but it is a delightful surprise to see the inside of the city, everything is perfect. Immaculate car at a cost of € 6 for the whole day. The owners are very kind and give useful information. Impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is 6€ for 24 HOURS! We came back for our car 2 days after we’ve parked and since we’ve begun our “3rd day” of parking (we were maybe 1.5 hours into it) we had to pay for 3 days instead of 2. This is kind of our fault, but if you’re reading this, just keep this in mind.
Otherwise the location is pretty convenient, with a bus stop a 1 min walk from the parking. The security sells tickets for the bus - 3€ for a return ticket which is open. Keep in mind you have to validate the ticket on the bus! The bus will take you all the way to the “glass bridge” from where you can walk or get a public/private boat to more central areas like St. Mark’s square.
The staff was not really friendly; when I tried asking them about the bus they pretended not to speak english or pay any attention to me because they were playing a mobile game which required 100% of their focus. After they’ve finished (or failed) their mobile game mission, they switched to english and explained how the bus works and where will it leave us.
You also CANNOT pay for the bus tickets by card, but you CAN pay for the parking by card. I assume the bus tickets are a side hustle they’re running there; good for them.
P.S. there is lavatories in the car park. They are outside toilets (aka toi tois), but they’re kept in decent conditions.
