★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato un acquisto il giorno 1 Ottobre, 10 giorni dopo su mia richiesta di informazioni sullo stato dell'ordine ho ricevuto una mail di risposta automatica, il 18 Ottobre ho aperto una pratica di reclamo via Paypal e magicamente il giorno dopo questi tizi mi mandano una mail con scritto: "Salve, controlliamo e vi aggiorniamo nel tardi pomeriggio" . Ovviamente spariscono di nuovo, 2 giorni dopo ho richiesto il rimborso...22 giorni totali, complimenti Graziano Tools !
Made a purchase on October 1st, 10 days later at my request for information on the status of the order I received an automatic response email, on October 18th I opened a complaint via Paypal and magically the next day these guys send me a mail with: "Hi, let's check and update you in the late afternoon". Obviously they disappear again, 2 days later I requested a refund ... 22 days total, congratulations Graziano Tools!
