★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un appuntamento per le 10 del mattino. Alle 11 ancora nessuna novità. Li chiamo e mi dicono che dobbiamo riprogrammare l’appuntamento di pomeriggio.
Al nuovo orario non si presenta nessuno, richiamo e fammi dicono che sarebbero arrivati dopo un’ora. Dopo 2 ore ancora nessuna notizia e al telefono non rispondeva più nessuno.
Tirando le somme: 3 ore di permesso da lavoro perse e altrettante ore di baby Sitter. Per stare lì ad aspettare senza avere notizie, nonostante al primo contatto avevo specificato che fosse una casa nuova e che dovevo recarmici di proposito
I had an appointment for 10 in the morning. At 11 still no news. I call them and they tell me that we have to reschedule the appointment in the afternoon.
No one shows up at the new time, I'll call and let them say they would arrive after an hour. After 2 hours still no news and no one answered the phone anymore.
Summing up: 3 hours of lost work leave and the same number of hours of babysitting. To stay there and wait without having any news, despite the first contact I specified that it was a new house and that I had to go there on purpose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato degli infissi per casa mia dopo avere avuto una pessima esperienza con la ditta Fortezza. Il Graziano mi ha assicurato che rimuoverà tutti gli errori fatti dagli operai di Fortezza per permettere il corretto spurgo dell'acqua piovana.
Un giudizio definitivo potrà essere espresso solo dopo il collaudo che verrà effettuato dal perito da me nominato per evitare gli errori commessi in precedenza dalla ditta Fortezza.
I ordered frames for my home after having had a bad experience with the Fortezza company. The Graziano assured me that it will remove all the errors made by the fortress workers to allow the correct purge of rainwater.
