★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio caso hanno approfittato della scarsa conoscenza in materia della vittima (il mi babbo) per rifilargli un conto estremo per un lavoro "adattato" un pó alla cavolo.
Hanno semplicemente voluto recuperare un pó di soldi, visto il periodo.
Vergogna.
Sicuramente hanno perso un paio di clienti.
In my case, they took advantage of the victim's lack of knowledge on the subject (my father) to give him an extreme bill for a job "adapted" a little to cabbage.
They just wanted to get some money back, given the period.
Shame.
They've certainly lost a couple of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia sembra un po' persa, di tanto in tanto, da questa officina. Avevo un problema urgente alla macchina, ho chiamato e mi sono sentito rispondere che avrei dovuto aspettare svariate settimane prima di poterla portare a riparare. Sono quindi andato in un'altra officina dove è bastato appena caricarla sul banco per rendersi conto che si trattava di una sciocchezza, tempo necessario per la riparazione 5 minuti. Magari si potrebbe quantomeno dare un'occhiata, prima di rispondere.
Courtesy seems a bit lost, from time to time, by this workshop. I had an urgent problem with the car, I called and was told that I would have to wait several weeks before I could take it for repair. I then went to another workshop where it was enough just to load it on the counter to realize that it was nonsense, time needed for repair 5 minutes. Maybe we could at least take a look before answering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur di vendere raccontano frottole, acquistate 2 macchine usate “garantite” ma al minimo problema la famosa garanzia stranamente non copriva nessuno di quei tipi di problemi… le auto una volta scaduto L’ anno di garanzia si sono danneggiate irrimediabilmente , costringendomi a svenderle ai mercanti dell’est Europa per poche migliaia di euro. Con le avete chiuso
