Try the FIANDINO cheese - a kind of local PARMIGIANO REGGIANO; the RICCIARELLI - almond and sugar; the AGLIONA sauce; and do not forget to buy olive oil. The personnel is extremely kind and prepared. If you have questions, they will be more than ready to help you
