★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di giugno 2020 ha eseguito la sostituzione di un tratto di tubo del gas della mia abitazione, senza però completare il lavoro. In particolare, al termine dell'intervento, non è riuscito ad eseguire la prova di tenuta del circuito, a causa del malfunzionamento del suo strumento. Nonostante miei successivi richiami telefonici e via whatsapp (allegata comunicazione), a novembre 2020 non è ancora venuto, lasciandomi in una condizione di funzionamento non sicura.
 In June 2020, he replaced a section of the gas pipe in my home, but without completing the work. In particular, at the end of the intervention, he was unable to carry out the leak test of the circuit, due to the malfunction of his instrument. Despite my subsequent telephone calls and via whatsapp (communication attached), in November 2020 it has not yet come, leaving me in an unsafe operating condition.
