★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena acquistato un paio di scarpe, sneakers, modello di una marca molto rinomata (e in genere molto più costoso) ad un prezzo davvero conveniente, grazie anche al sito -molto all'avanguardia, anche riguardo alle modalità di pagamento, considerando il livello dello shopping online locale- che presenta offerte/sconti molto interessanti.
Grande cortesia, ampia gamma di prodotti qualitativamente elevati ed esperienza consolidata nel settore: davvero consigliato (specie in tempi in cui, se possibile, è meglio scegliere di acquistare in negozi del territorio, al posto dei grandi colossi e-commerce)
I just bought a pair of shoes, sneakers, model of a very renowned brand (and generally much more expensive) at a really affordable price, thanks also to the site - very avant-garde, also regarding the payment methods, considering the local online shopping - which has very interesting offers / discounts.
Great courtesy, a wide range of high quality products and consolidated experience in the sector: really recommended (especially in times when, if possible, it is better to choose to buy in local stores, instead of the big e-commerce giants)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato, breve descrizione: tramite il sito ebay ho fatto un acquisto di un pallone adidas, dopo quattro giorni dalla prevista consegna, nulla mi arriva, né tantomeno ricevo una email di avviso di ritardo, alchè contatto il venditore per appurare del motivo in cui non ho ricevuto ancora nulla;
il venditore mi risponde: "Salve, ci scusiamo abbiamo avuto un problema, il pallone è risultato difettato" vuole il rimborso??…..ecc....., ovviamente non ho altra scelta che acconsentire del rimborso..
Punto 1 io venditore se ho della merce difettata me ne accorgo subito e non dopo quattro giorni e poi non è un problema mio se è arrivata merce difettata…….
Punto 2 solo dopo un mio contatto sono stato avvisato dell’inconveniente, altrimenti chissà quando mi avessero contattato o arrivata la merce……Punto 3 dopo aver dato il consenso del rimborso, l’indomani mi arriva un’altra email (questo nel giorno di Sabato) riferendomi che il Lunedì (dopo aver concordato per il rimborso) avrebbero provveduto alla consegna del pallone con spedizione veloce tramite Brt…..Ok non rispondo e aspetto. Arriva il Lunedì, aspetto tutta la giornata e punto a capo, richiamo e parlo con il responsabile (premetto di aver contattato il responsabile già nei giorni a dietro) inizialmente addirittura negava la mia situazione per poi su mia insistenza ricordare il tutto. Dopo una breve conversazione il responsabile senza saper darmi spiegazioni del perché non fosse arrivato il pacco di pronta risposta con toni poco garbati, come se fossi stato io a creargli il problema ,mi risponde va bene in serata gli facciamo il rimborso….
A mio parere, persone poco competenti e del tutto poco seri……..
Not recommended, short description: through the ebay site I made a purchase of an adidas ball, after four days from the expected delivery, nothing comes to me, nor do I receive an email warning of delay, so I contact the seller to find out why I have received nothing yet;
the seller replies: "Hi, sorry we had a problem, the ball was defective" do you want a refund ??… ..etc ....., obviously I have no choice but to agree to the refund ..
Point 1 I as a seller if I have defective goods I notice it immediately and not after four days and then it is not my problem if defective goods have arrived …….
Point 2 only after a contact of mine I was notified of the inconvenience, otherwise who knows when they had contacted me or the goods arrived ... ... Point 3 after having given the consent for the refund, the next day I receive another email (this on Saturday) referring to me that on Monday (after having agreed for the refund) they would have delivered the balloon with fast shipping via Brt… ..Okay I do not answer and wait. Monday arrives, I wait all day and point to the head, call back and speak with the manager (I state that I have already contacted the manager in the days behind) initially even denied my situation and then on my insistence remember everything. After a short conversation, the manager without knowing how to give me explanations why the package had not arrived with a prompt reply with not very polite tones, as if it were me who created the problem, he replies okay in the evening we will refund him….
In my opinion, people who are not very competent and completely not serious .........
