Un vero esempio di attenzione al cliente! Cito volentieri i mie interlocutori: Andrea Miandro e l'assistente via whatsapp di cui ignoro il nome: GRAZIE ANCORA A ENTRAMBI! Mi ero innamorata di un paio di stivali esauriti in negozio a Milano. Hanno appositamente procurato il pellame per produrli su misura esclusivamente per me. Rispettando al minuto le tempistiche di spedizione, hanno sin allegato un cadeau semplicemente meraviglioso, una mini pochette abbinata. Il tutto seguendomi e aggiornandomi su ogni passaggio sia whatsapp che via mail, sempre con una cortesia cui oramai non siamo più abituati. Last, but not least accettando la mia richiesta di sconto, quindi ad un costo sia ragionevole che competitivo. Raccomandatissimi! 6 stelle sono perchè non ce ne sono 10! The contact with the LaBelle Shoes factory was one of the most satisfying commercial experiences of my life. A true example of customer care! I gladly mention my interlocutors: Andrea Miandro and the assistant via whatsapp whose name I don't know: THANKS AGAIN TO BOTH! I fell in love with a pair of boots sold out in the store in Milan. They purposely procured the leather to tailor them exclusively for me. Respecting the delivery times to the minute, they have attached a simply wonderful cadeau, a matching mini clutch bag. All following me and updating me on each step both whatsapp and via email, always with a courtesy which we are no longer used to. Last, but not least by accepting my discount request, therefore at a reasonable and competitive cost. Highly recommended! 6 stars are because there are not 10!
