β β β β β This for sure "Used" to be a "Grand Hotel" and still has the look of the Magnificent times it once had, actually I would rate it as a simple 4* with very wide rooms and ambients

β β β β β I used the spa here. If you arrive wondering why there isn't many people.....let me tell you. Pool is luke warm. Receptionists dissappear. DO NOT GET THE THERMAL BATH. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE'S PUBIC HAIR IN MY BATH. THEN WHEN I WENT TO SHOWER THAT OFF THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!!! I am absolutely disgusted. Hotel looks nice, but do not use the terme. In fact stay the hell away from it. Pardon me while I retch thinking about what I just experienced in a place that charges to much to take a bath in someone else's PUBIC hair.

β β β β β I do not understand that this hotel has such a high rating or may be called a 4 star hotel. It was terrible. We hade to change room three times, because of the non-working air conditioning. Slept the first night in a room that was 32 degrees! The breakfast was a mockery. No fresh products, we hade to search for the staff, to find someone who could provide us with some cheese and ham. No normal bread (only dry hard bread). The positive is only the exterior of the hotel and the dinner was ok (service there was very nice). Finally we checked out and we went to a beautiful other hotel in the neighborhood that was worth the money. At this hotel you have to ask yourself: can you stay 2 nights for β¬ 100 in a 4 star hotel? The answer is no.
