E	Erminia Millo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, personale disponibile, splendida la sagra dei golosi che si tiene nei fine settimana. Albergo, bello e pulito, forse andrebbe un po' rimodernato. Buono il cibo: i primi buonissimi, un po meno I secondi. Bellissimo fine settimana trascorso sulla neve, sembrava di stare in famiglia. Ritorneremo volentieri. Beautiful place, helpful staff, splendid the festival of gluttons held on weekends. Nice and clean hotel, maybe it could use some updating. Good food: the first very good, the second a little less. Beautiful weekend spent in the snow, it was like being with family. We will gladly return.
L	Luana Marinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel orribile per non dire da incubo, personale incompetente, direzione arrogante, lo chef che sicuramente di cucina sa meno di niente come i camerieri messi a caso li a portare i piatti , stanze sporche ,docce inutilizzabile, arredamento anni 70 ,per non parlare che sei costretto a pagare prima di avere la chiave della stanza cosa mai vista prima. Dicono di avere la piscina ma sempre chiusa in manutenzione. Sono rimasti agli anni della pietra, paghi tutto anche le bevande al tavolo senza poterli addebitare alla camera , se qualcosa non ti va bene ti puoi lamentare tanto nessuno ti prende in considerazione.Persona al bar che prima di fare un caffè ne buttano dieci perché incompetenti, scontrini zero, e linea WiFi inesistente. Penso che una vacanza così da incubo neanche nei film horror Horrible not to say nightmare hotel, incompetent staff, arrogant management, the chef who certainly knows less than nothing about cooking like the waiters randomly placed there to bring the dishes, dirty rooms, unusable showers, 70's furniture, not to mention that you are forced to pay before you have the key to the room which has never been seen before. They say they have the swimming pool but it is always closed for maintenance. They are left with the stone years, you pay for everything even for drinks at the table without being able to charge them to the room, if something doesn't suit you you can complain so much no one takes you into consideration. , zero receipts, and no WiFi line. I think such a nightmare vacation even in horror movies
i	iena977 sasuke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo hotel, le 4 stelle le merita tutte. Aperto tutti i fine settimana solo nel periodo invernale, fornisce vai pacchetti con prezzi nella media. Ottima stuttura stile rustico, le stanze sono pulite ed accoglienti, il personale efficiente educato e sempre disponibile, il cibo è ottimo ed abbondante, all esterno trovi vari divertimenti per bambini ed adulti, tra cui il maneggio, la pista da sci, parco giochi per bambini ed anche i quad e poi c'è l abbuffata dei golosi che si tiene il sabato pomeriggio con castagne, polenta, l impiccato ed altre specialità del posto. Excellent rustic style structure, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the staff efficient, polite and always available, the food is excellent and plentiful, outside you will find various entertainment for children and adults, including the riding school, the ski slope, a playground for children and even quad bikes and then there is the binge for gluttons held on Saturday afternoon with chestnuts, polenta, the hanged man and other local specialties.

Il cibo è freddo e di scarsa qualità, le camere non sono pulitissime e in alcuni aspetti da ristrutturare e rimodernare e altre cose. Saremmo dovuti rimanere per più tempo ma ci siamo spostati in un'altra struttura. Comunque grazie al personale che ci ha accolto, servito e supportato in alcuni disguidi. I'm sorry because the staff (from the manager, to the reception, to the restaurant waiters ...) are kind and helpful, but not worth the 4 stars and the money spent. l	leonardo ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un weekend a pasqua, check-in favoloso entrata del hotel molto bella, devo dire pure abbastanza rapido, il posto è piacevole magari per famiglie non adatto a ragazzi ma prettamente a famiglie con bambini, nota dolente il ristorante che faceva veramente pena, le pietanze erano davvero pietose specialmente i secondi ( tutti a base di suino) i primi voto +- 5, lo chef a quato pare era contrario all utilizzo del sale, servizio camerieri abbastanza soddisfacente anche se spesso effettuavano delle mancanze con le portate, animazione un po scadente, invece per il resto luogo e posto è magnifico per i piu piccoli che hanno molto per svagare! Non adatto per far divertire i ragazzi! Il luogo è davvero molto bello e rilassante immerso nel verde! Poca presenza di negozi nelle vicinanze, ci sono parchi giochi (dedicati solo ai bambini tranne un attrazione) con possibilita di fare giri turistici a cavallo, con quad con visita guidata, ovviamente i prezzi sono medio alti per queste tipo di esperienze, ah dimenticavo le camere (parlo per la mia che mi hanno fornito) sono davvero minuscole e davvero vecchie con le coperte (alcune) forate, insomma per un fine settimana di famiglia per una volta ci potrebbe anche stare! Consigliato per far svagare i piu piccini! Ci ritornerei ? Assolutamente no Allego foto di qualche portata che devo dire a primo impatto sembravano davvero buone! I had a weekend over Easter, fabulous check-in entrance to the hotel very nice, I must say quite quick, the place is pleasant perhaps for families not suitable for children but purely for families with children, a sore point is the restaurant that was really worth it, the dishes were really pitiful especially the second courses (all based on pork) the first grade + - 5, the chef apparently was opposed to the use of salt, waiter service quite satisfactory even if they often made shortcomings with the courses, animation a bit poor, however for the rest place and place is magnificent for the little ones who have a lot to amuse! Not suitable for kids to have fun! The place is really beautiful and relaxing surrounded by greenery! Few shops nearby, there are playgrounds (dedicated only to children except one attraction) with the possibility of doing sightseeing on horseback, with quads with guided tours, obviously the prices are medium-high for these types of experiences, ah I forgot the rooms (I speak for mine that they provided me) are really tiny and really old with the blankets (some) pierced, in short, for a family weekend for once we might as well stay! La pecca per quanto mi riguarda ha a che fare con il check in che ho trovato troppo lungo, nonostante avessimo già inviato precedentemente la documentazione via mail. Inoltre le camere non sono dotate di imposte che oscurano la stanza, le tende risultano troppo piccole per oscurarla completamente. questa è una pecca grave per chi ha bimbi piccoli, per il resto grande disponibilità e professionalità. Nice facility and nice experience at the grisone. you eat really well, nothing to say. The place is beautiful and worth a short visit. The flaw as far as I am concerned has to do with the check in which I found too long, despite having previously sent the documentation via email. In addition, the rooms are not equipped with shutters that darken the room, the curtains are too small to completely darken it. this is a serious flaw for those with small children, otherwise great availability and professionalism.
d	diego selfmade artist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è accogliente ed il personale estremamente cordiale. Il cibo era ottimo e abbondante. Siamo stati veramente bene. Alcuni piccoli miglioramenti sarebbero necessari in quanto la struttura sembra essersi fermata agli standard degli anni 90. Le stanze sono un pò malandate, la doccia con un unico soffione in alto e senza un laccio rende difficile non bagnarsi i capelli per le donne e rende quasi impossibile lavare i bambini. La pulizia non mi è sembrata delle migliori. C'era lanetta di polvere negli angoli il che indica una pulizia abbastanza approssimativa. The structure is welcoming and the staff extremely friendly. The food was great and plenty of it. We really enjoyed it. Some minor improvements would be needed as the facility appears to have stuck to 90's standards. The rooms are a bit run down, the shower with a single overhead shower head and no tie makes it hard not to get their hair wet for women and makes it nearly impossible wash the children. Cleaning didn't seem the best to me. There was a patch of dust in the corners which indicates a fairly rough cleaning.
