★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through tour company together with transfer from port. Hotel was paid for transfer via tour company and they tried to bully us into paying again but we stood our ground and refused. Hotel said they would sort it out. Then we go up to our 'Superior room' for 3 people. Was so small that we couldn't even open our 2 suitcases without falling over them. They tried to tell us the booking was for 1 person but we then asked how come they had a queen bed and a single bed in the room? They then said they would upgrade us for a price and we said we would contact our tour company and sort it out. Next thing is the hotel is offering a larger room at no extra charge. We spoke to tour company and they advised that no hotel would upgrade in peak season without payment so I think this hotel tries to rip people off from every aspect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel and excellent restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very good and have baths. Located next to the shore and by the mile walk. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On water front, so is close to much to do. In fact the museum is right across the street with two very cool bronze statues. Food is served on 5th floor and there is a great view. Had breakfast there and it was very good ;plenty to eat and good quality. Would go back.
