P	Paolo Moriondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho ordinato una bici. Hanno sbagliato ordine ed è arrivata una bici da uomo invece che da donna! Per avere la bici giusta occorreva attendere un anno. Mi hanno proposto una bici che avevano in negozio (modello 4.0 anziché il 5.0 che volevo e che pensavo avessero ordinato). Ho usato la bici 5/6 volte e poi sono rimasto a piedi perché si è rotto il carter. Il ricambio non era disponibile. Lo hanno ordinato. Mi hanno avvisato che era arrivato il carter. Lo hanno montato e, a loro dire, non era il carter corretto. Hanno ordinato un nuovo carter e quando è arrivato, a loro dire, non funzionava. Oggi ho ritirato la bici sulla quale hanno montato un carter non originale, adattato, mal montato in quanto sfiora il copri corona. La professionalità che il negoziante ed il meccanico dovrebbero avere suggerisce che utilizzare la bici in queste condizioni non è sicuro in quanto copri corona e carter si possono incastrare bloccando pericolosamente la pedalata. Ad oggi ho una bici nuova, per me, inutilizzabile Bad experience. I ordered a bike. They got the wrong order and a man's bike has arrived instead of a woman's one! To get the right bike, you had to wait a year. They offered me a bike they had in the shop (model 4.0 instead of the 5.0 I wanted and thought they had ordered). I used the bike 5/6 times and then I was left on foot because the casing broke. Replacement was not available. They ordered it. They warned me that the crankcase had arrived. They mounted it and, according to them, it was not the correct crankcase. They ordered a new crankcase and when it arrived they said it didn't work. Today I collected the bike on which they mounted a non-original crankcase, adapted, badly mounted as it touches the crown cover. The professionalism that the shopkeeper and the mechanic should have suggests that using the bike in these conditions is not safe as the crown and crankcase covers can get stuck, blocking the pedaling dangerously. To date I have a new bike, for me, unusable

La prima volta avevo chiesto di inclinare leggermente la presa del manubrio, all'uscita del negozio le manopole erano visibilmente asimmetriche. La seconda volta sono entrato per registrare il fine corsa del cambio. Ho speso 10€ per 5 minuti di manodopera. All'uscita del negozio non solo il problema non era stato risolto, ma il cambio funzionava ben peggio di prima. Oltre ad avere scarsissime competenze sulla bici da corsa, non hanno l'umiltà di ammettere che non sono in grado di offrire un servizio, pure chiedono cifre spropositate. Sicuramente non mi rivedranno mai più. Extremely bad second experience in the shop. The first time I asked for the handlebar grip to be tilted slightly, at the exit of the shop the grips were visibly asymmetrical. The second time I went in to register the end of the gearbox. I spent € 10 for 5 minutes of labor. At the exit of the shop not only was the problem not solved, but the gearbox worked much worse than before. In addition to having very little skills on the racing bike, they do not have the humility to admit that they are unable to offer a service, yet they ask disproportionate amounts. They will surely never see me again.

Avrei accettato anche qualcosa sui 1300€ o comunque ero aperto a un dialogo a riguardo ma Mi hanno mandato via in un minuto dicendomi che su quel budget non c’era nulla, neanche di ordinabile. Lo trovo veramente strano dato che qualsiasi negozio in torino è stato in grado di mostrarmi modelli e farmi dei preventivi. Ho avuto come l’impressione che non volessero perdere tempo con clienti con un budget ridotto come il mio I went to the shop saying I wanted to buy a gravel bike for around € 1000. I would also have accepted something on € 1300 or in any case I was open to a dialogue about it but they sent me away in a minute, telling me that there was nothing on that budget, not even orderable. I find it really strange as any shop in turin has been able to show me models and give me quotes. I got the impression that they didn't want to waste time with customers with a low budget like mine

Già dalla telefonata fatta in anticipo mi sono sembrati molto seri, pazienti e competenti, oltre a disporre di un sito web fatto bene ed aggiornato in merito a disponibilità articoli. Una volta arrivato in negozio ho avuto la conferma di tutte le qualità sopra elencate. Veramente bravi, negozio ben fornito, lo consiglio vivamente. Yesterday I bought my racing bike in this fantastic shop in the long bit of Turin. Already from the phone call made in advance, they seemed very serious, patient and competent, as well as having a website well done and updated regarding the availability of articles. Once I arrived in the shop I had confirmation of all the qualities listed above. Really good, well stocked shop, I highly recommend it.

If you ask for a normal discount on a bike, that the rest of the stores does, such a 10-15%, they insult and offend you with bad manners. I would never buy there, knowing that they try to cheat you with their final prices versus the other stores.
