★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, nella casa (perché non è un vero e proprio B&B, ma proprio una casetta, con cucina fornitissima, bagno e stanza matrimoniale al piano superiore) c'è microonde, forno a induzione, una colazione per il giorno (plumcake e due cialde di Nespresso) e soprattutto è GREEN , ossia tutta l'energia utilizzata ( e l'acqua calda) è ad energia solare!! Inoltre all'entrata c'è un bel quaderno copioso con scritto i numeri di emergenza, wifi gratis e ristoranti vicini, supermercati, località turistiche. Davvero eccellente.
La località è a una trentina di minuti scarsa da Campo imperatore (per sciare) , con un pedaggio di 2.20€.
The clean structure, kind and helpful staff, in the house (because it is not a real B&B, but a little house, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the upper floor) there is microwave, induction oven, a breakfast for the day (plumcake and two Nespresso pods) and above all it is GREEN, ie all the energy used (and hot water) is solar powered !! Also at the entrance there is a nice copious notebook with written emergency numbers, free wifi and nearby restaurants, supermarkets, tourist places. Truly excellent.
The location is about thirty minutes away from Campo Imperatore (for skiing), with a toll of 2.20 €.

La casa è ordinatissima e pulitissima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, gentilezza e pulizia fuori dal comune, a prezzi estremamente competitivi. L'appartamento è allo stesso tempo accogliente e moderno, confortevole e arredato con gusto. La vista dalla camera da letto è stupenda d'estate e d'inverno, e basta uscire nel giardino per godersi tutto il massiccio del Gran Sasso in tutto il suo splendore.
Due menzioni speciali: la cucina nuova di pacca, pulitissima e fornitissima (più utensili di quanti ne abbia a casa mia!) e il doppio bagno, pianterreno e di sopra, con phon e bagnodoccia già presenti.
Troverete tantissimo materiale turistico, fra cui una guida per le escursioni della zona che per noi è stata fondamentale, e una lista di ristoranti (consigliamo il ristorante L'Alpino).
Il proprietario, Marco, è persona squisita e discreta e a totale vostra disposizione.
Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
Out of the ordinary professionalism, kindness and cleanliness, at extremely competitive prices. The apartment is both cozy and modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from the bedroom is wonderful in summer and winter, and you just need to go out into the garden to enjoy the whole of the Gran Sasso massif in all its splendor.
Two special mentions: the brand new kitchen, spotless and well-stocked (more utensils than I have in my house!) And the double bathroom, ground floor and upstairs, with hairdryer and shower gel already present.
You will find a lot of tourist material, including a guide for excursions in the area that was fundamental for us, and a list of restaurants (we recommend the L'Alpino restaurant).
The owner, Marco, is an exquisite and discreet person and at your complete disposal.
We can't wait to go back!
