★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È veramente un peccato che un residence che era così vivo e pieno di vita ed attività ora sia desolato, con un biliardo ormai logoro e un teatro poco utilizzato.
È sempre curato negli interni ma ormai come il resto di Terminillo è desolato e poco abitato. Forse è uno dei pochi residence dove si trova ancora un po' di vita, ma il cartello vendesi ormai è ovunque.
It is truly a pity that a residence that was so alive and full of life and activity is now desolate, with a well-worn billiards and little used theater.
It is always cared for in the interior but now like the rest of Terminillo it is desolate and sparsely inhabited. Maybe it's one of the few residences where there is still some life, but the sign for sale is now everywhere.

I recommend the Planetarium route, with cross-country skis or snowshoes. Large convenient parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio tranquillo, portiere disponibilissimo, vicino al centro, vicino alla strada statale, con ampio parcheggio. Sul lato est, un ampio bosco di faggi, vi allieterà la vista. Disponibilità di tavoli con ombrellone per leggere o socializzare e dal lato opposto tavoli da pic nic e barbecue.
Quiet condominium, very helpful doorman, near the center, near the main road, with ample parking. On the east side, a large beech forest will brighten your view. Availability of tables with umbrellas for reading or socializing and on the opposite side picnic and barbecue tables.
