★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good but service is bad. Also asked for Orange juice and they gave us cordial/ sweet orange drink. However to other customers they gave proper orange juice. Also asked for tomato ketchup said no. So very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee as you get in Italy. The menu is extensive and surprisingly extensive given the limited options italians have on coffee. I got a cold coffee with pistachio (icecream or syrup not sure but there was plenty of it) and asked for a glass of milk separately so there you go I made myself a frappe since you can't get a frappe anywhere as they do not know what that is. The taste was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very best pedestrian walkway is here and Gran Caffe is right in the middle of the action. I came here twice. Once for appetivo hour and once for breakfast and enjoyed it both times. I think it’s a great spot to tuck away and chill but simply a bite is more than enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in a great location and has a range of pastries, however nothing was vegan/dairy free which is a problem for my sister who has an allergy. This meant she could not eat anything with us. Also, the seats in this place are very old and dirty and really need reupholstering.
Otherwise, the mini pizzas were very tasty and service was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait for the menus and coffees. The atmosphere was quite nice, but the quality of good and drinks not so much. I had a vegetable omelette, which was really bad. Salty, filled with Brokkoli, dry - just nothing to repeat.
For us definitely one time only experience.
