Inoltre norme covid assolutamente non rispettate, nessuno dei commessi indossava la mascherina. Sono andata a far rilegare dei fogli specificando il tipo di rilegatura che volevo e che è sempre stato possibile fare in altre copisterie. Mi sono stati riportati rilegati con un tipo di rilegatura diversa e quando ho presentato le mie lamentele mi è stato risposto che quello che avevo chiesto non lo potevano fare. Capisco che non possano esaudire ogni richiesta ma possono sicuramente avvertire prima di portare lo scontrino. Low quality, above average prices and very little professionalism.
